The regular company I have used in the past was not available. So I begin my search on the depth of the internet and came across Hella Bouncy Rentals on Facebook market place. I was so so so so so happy! They were so quick to respond. Assured me my problem was solved and I had nothing to worry about. Which was exactly the case. They arrived promptly at the time scheduled. I think a bit early if I remember correctly!! They were friendly with me and extra friendly with my husband (in the photo) as he's fluent in Spanish. I wish I had gotten a bigger one which was an error on my end as they disclosed the size and I completely ignored it. Because I was just so happy to have found something. We ended our party about 2 hours early as it was FREEZING outside. I called to inform them about this and they were back in about 30 minutes. Which was PERFECT because we had just the right amount of time to clean up. I would use the company again, no question. And refer them to any family member or friend!

Asking for a tip time and time and time again is Unprofessional and uncomfortable.

This is not their first rodeo, so they knew what they were doing and were able to help us move furniture around as not to completely ruin our trees. The bouncy house was huge with a bball hoop and slide inside. It was big enough for about 12-15 5 year olds - it was quite massive. They were professional, quick and easy. My five year old and his friends had a grand ole time, although I didn't realize that bouncy house for five year olds is the equivalent of fight club/mma cage fighting, but, hey, what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger.

He told me how many inches the slide needed to be, how they could troubleshoot it if it doesn't fit and since the weather did not suit our needs for a water slide, he transformed our presence to a fun ball pit for the kids! I've used their services in the past and they always come through! I requested the Disney princess castle to fit our Disney Princess Theme. They gave me a discount for returning customer.
