I have used them several times now, referred to family and friend show also had a great experience, reasonable fee and gave them great praises! For those of you who hate moving they make things so much easier and so worth having them do it for you! They also do new furniture sake pick up and delivery. We went with Dahlbergs as they were the lower bid. When it came time for the payment the young man told us it would be$3950. I asked what changed and he told us he brought 2 additional guys to help speed it up along with some various charges for additional pieces. We weren't aware there were additional pieces or additional guys that we had to pay for. A 50% hike in cost is quite frankly outrageous without us even being aware of them. Movers were very good and friendly but the bookkeeping leaves a lot to be desired.

I do not recommend companies easily, but this company goes above and beyond. I just moved from MN to MA, and called Brent. He responded with a quick - "we can do it - let me find a driver" Jim, the Director of Ops did the drive. He is where I say they go above and beyond... On Monday, Jim and the crew had the house emptied in no time and loaded. We did a walk through, and coordinated our schedules. He then told me his itinerary and that he would text me each night. I was leaving Tuesday Morning and we both planned on being in MA on Wednesday evening. It went seamless. I heard from Jim each night, and again Thursday morning as he was headed to the new home with my furniture and goods. Like the loading of the truck, the unloading went just as smooth. In the end, not even a glass was cracked, everything was put where I wanted it, Jim was communicating the whole time, and the final price was within the quote. When the movers arrived there were three, really? They handled the move well however at the conclusion my electric fireplace doesn't work anymore AND the bill I was given was for $784 and change. I said I'm not paying that because that isn't the amount I was quoted and there were supposed to be two men not three. The gentleman insisted that was the quote he was given by his boss. We went back and forth and then I said I was going to call his boss and ask if they had made a mistake. When I said that he said fine you can have the move for $500 plus tax!! I haven't put a claim in for the fireplace yet so we'll see what happens when I do. Will I use Good Stuff Moving again? Probably not. Would I recommend them? Not sure.

That, a high back armchair that has seen better days, an old Sleep Number mattress that has been replaced by a new mattress, and some miscellaneous foam strips that I tried to use to stop the trough in the middle of the Sleep Number air chambers had to go. I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

The reason I'm giving them two stars is because my stuff mostly ended up in my new place minus one…read moreitem that was broken during the move. There were a few things that were not great about this move and collectively makes me not recommend them. 1) They were an hour late and didn't call. I had to call them to see if they were still coming. 2) They brought to small of a truck and seem to think that I had too much stuff for a one bedroom. We had to take two trips and they try to charge me for the exccess time on the highway plus their members breaks. When I brought it up the mover said "oh yeah I forgot." I heard this quite a lot later. 3) I was quoted 3 to 5 hours in email for my job. They tried to charge me for 9, including the above. When I brought up that I was quoted 3-5 hours they told me they would have never quoted me that even though it was provided to me in writing. I told them how much furniture and clothing I had when I called to quote so it shouldn't have been a surprise for this or the truck size. 4) My bathroom cabinet was broken in the move. I didn't love it so I wasn't sad about it. The mover said that I would get reimbursed for this. He, again, forgot when I initially got the total at the end of the move and I had to remind them a couple times to ensure I got reimbursed. I did eventually get reimbursed for it. 5) I asked the movers, as I was leaving my apartment, to meet them at the house if they wanted me to stay until they had packed everything up. They said no, that I could go ahead and they would meet me down at my house. When I came back to the apartment later that night they actually left a headboard and footboard in the hallway that didn't make it on the truck. Again he said he "forgot" the item in the hallway. When I called the next day they did send the same movers out to pick it up and were going to coordinate with me to drop it off later that day. No one ever called and I had to call them the coordinate for delivery the following day. If this place could get it together it could be decent but for now I wouldn't recommend them.
