I like Nordstrom so much, but how to say today??? I just stepped out off Nordstrom at Park Meadow Mall. I bought some products that I really love. I stopped at Chanel's station and bought some stuff. The two ladies who work there not really nice to me at first but I did not care for them. However, after buying a product for a gift, I asked them for a bag because I do not want to put it in my bag. One lady told that they did not have a bag while they had a bunch of bags under the table. Then she ran around to take one for me and they both kept whispering and snickering at me. I feel really disappointed because of their attitude when a customer just asks for a bag. It's so rude. read more

An online order went sideways with a few returns resulting. The park meadows location refused to take them back even though the items were tagged, the receipts were presented and the purchases were in the last 2 weeks. It was a big order for my spring wardrobe but Scott refused to actually help me return my items that didn't work out. (I kept 75% of the order and have only ever had one other return) I'm floored at how I was treated and will be cancelling my account. read more

I'm a gal who loves thrift stores and finding stuff on the cheap. That being said, Nordstrom was never on my radar because I've found it to be a little hoity toy and too rich for my blood. But I'm getting married and can justify on spending some dough on a nice dress and Nordstrom was recommended to me not only because of their selection and service but because they do free alternations---sold! A lot of my coworkers said that the Park Meadows is far bigger than Cherry Creek so I made my way to the Park Meadows location on a Saturday morning and from beginning to end, the experience was top notch. Lucky for me I'm not looking for a traditional wedding dress but more of a fun dress. Larissa in the dress department helped me for a good hour and together we found some dresses (two of which I ended up buying because I couldn't make up my mind) perfect for the big day! I never knew that Nordstrom had such a wonderful dress selection, from fun and whimsical to classy and refined. I couldn't see myself coming here on the regular but the service at Nordstrom really knocked my socks off so I will definitely be back when I want to treat myself! read more

You guys! Oh my gawd, Nordstrom in Park Meadows has this new "Curbside" pick up. Yes! I mean YAAAAS! How amazing is this? I ran out of my favorite perfume and mascara, bought it online and opt for store pick up and got my confirmation via curbside pickup. You have no idea how much this option can save me and other women a ton of money! I am having to watch my spending and only buying the necessities (Those are necessities). This curbside pickup just made my day! Also, imagine this during snow and cold days?! Every woman like myself who likes staying warm would love this so much. What can you say? It's Nordstrom - the people that invented and perfected high end retail. We love shopping at this location as it's in one of our favorite malls, Park Meadows. This Nordstrom is always clean, bright and well stocked. We have found staff to be very helpful in every department we have been in. Absolutely best service hands down. Love their makeup/beauty. They are the *best* (yes I still love getting my Laura Mercier, and now just expanded to Philosophy.) I am so excited they price match where right now through Thursday (tomorrow, 12/17) a lot of beauty and perfume/cologne items are 10% off. Started getting Mens clothes there (no, not for me!) and really enjoyed our experience in that area too. I was looking at so many shops for a wedding dress, we had extra time so we thought we would stop bye nordstroms. Laura was helping us and suggested a dress off the rack.. I tried it on and it was the one! Only 320$! Laura stayed with us and helped us figure everything out. And then again the next day when we came back for everything. She was helpful, and figured out all my bridesmaid dresses as well which I was totally stuck on!! She is kind, thoughtful, efficient, and knows her stuff! We had such a great experience. Nice Nordstrom location with lots of parking and good selection, but staff isn't too helpful- I had a huge pile of clothes and nobody offered to start a fitting room or help me pick anything out. I was on a bit of a shopping spree, but didn't end up getting as much as I would have because the service wasn't good. Just moved from LA and needed a bunch of jackets, warm stuff, boots, layers, etc. I kept thinking, does anyone even work here? Oh well. I ended up ordering most of what I needed online. read more

I can finally afford to shop here and I really enjoy it! I work with John Riley when I come in and he always takes care of me. I just text him before I'm coming in and then he's there to greet me. He's got a great eye for men's clothing both formal and causal. He's a friendly dude and he'll hook you up. Anniversary sale is going on right now, I picked up a few items from women's clothing department and some makeup too. Got two pair of dress pants, both on sale, Hugo Boss and Lafayette. Also found a red blouse by Nordstrom Signature that fits so perfectly, even around the chest area. Anyways, I go to this location frequently, and it is always clean and the staff is very friendly. read more

This review is very VERY overdue and outdated. I should have written a thank you note long ago but was heavily grieving and just didn't. My mother passed away suddenly from an aneurysm in March 2016. I am an only child and so was she, and my father passed away suddenly thirteen years before that. So I was overseeing every detail of the memorial on my own, and busy closing out accounts and wrapping up all of her loose ends. At the same time I was nursing an infant, parenting a three year old, and teaching full time. Needless to say I was overwhelmed. The day before the memorial, I decided I wanted something new to wear for my mom. She was a stylish, elegant woman and I was delivering her eulogy. It mattered that I look nice and everything I had was maternity, frumpy, or didn't fit. So my friend and I went to Nordstrom. I found a sleeveless navy dress that was perfect. Meanwhile I was a teary mess. The saleswoman working with me rushed me into a dressing room and helped me in private. Since I was nursing, I didn't also have the proper "real" bra that fit for the dress. She called someone from intimate apparel down with bras for me to try on. When we discovered (after a proper bra) that the armholes were too big, she contacted altering. They came right away. At this point it was probably around 6pm. They figured out a way for the dress to be altered that evening so I could have it for the memorial. Whoever worked on my dress that evening, I am grateful to you. I am not sure who picked it up later that night from the store... I think it was my husband. All I am saying is I showed up, cried in a dressing room, everyone helped me, and I went back home to finalize the eulogy. The dress was perfect for the memorial. I had so many things to do and so many people to thank afterward, I never got around to telling the saleswoman at Nordstrom. The entire team-her, the girl from lingerie, and the alterations staff worked together in private with me in the dressing room to make sure I had what I needed. I also went to the Laura Mercier counter after to get makeup for the service. I told them I wanted to look nice and they sold me lipstick, blush, and waterproof mascara. Didn't try to oversell me at all. I am very grateful for everyone's help that night. I am a loyal Nordstrom customer since working there for six months back in 2001. I hope Nordstrom never loses their commitment to customer service. I wish I could have let that saleswoman know how much I appreciated her help. read more

Last weekend, my fiancé and I went to The BLK Tux for his measurements. I asked them if they could measure me. His response, "The ladies in the bridal suite would love to measure you." Upon arriving to the bridal suite the ladies were not warm or friendly. I told the lady what the gentlemen downstairs told me. She said, "Will you be buying a dress from us?" This lady wasn't interested in her task to be a decent customer representative! I told her no because I already purchased a vintage dress from Chicago but needed measurements to purchase my rehearsal dinner dress. She said, "No. I can't help you with that since your wedding dress isn't from here. I don't want to deal with the liability issue." These ladies weren't doing ANYTHING! I can't help but feel her service would have been warmer if I were a white woman with straight blonde or brunette hair. However, as a melanin rich woman with a white man...she couldn't handle it. Beautiful store. Everyone knows Nordstrom is high end what else would you expect? Hubby needed some help purchasing a tie that would go with a shirt he already had (we brought it in with us). Roman helped us out by looking for ties that would match our shirt but there were none. I also saw that ties were priced there for about $60-$120. I don't think so. Roman was nice enough to professionally fold our shirt back so that was an unexpected surprise. Good service. Way to expensive. read more

Really really love this particular Nordstrom. It's a massive store (3 stories) so they have a ton of items. I've noticed that this store carries a lot of items that most regular 2 story Nordstrom stores do not. If there's a product I'm looking at online and want to go try on, it's a good bet this is the store that is going to have it. The shoe department is especially amazing. The customer service here has always been extraordinary and they always provide an excellent experience for customers. read more

Worst customer service from the men's Dept. If you aren't willing to spend at least $1500 they can't be bothered. Yaki left us twice to help other customers, for about 7-10 minutes at a time. The second time we went in search of someone to answer a question. The second sales person, when asked where the Nordstrom's suits were told us they had been moved out of their department Men's Casual. No offer to help us find their location or introduce us to someone who could. Even King Sooper's employees offer to walk to the the aisle to help you find your item. Shame on the Men's Depart at Park Meadows. I am a level 4 shopper who has had an account since 1983, never have I been treated so rudely! Oh the manager apologized but that is their job to say that they are sorry. Why don't you try training your people better! read more

This review is for the Charlotte Tilbury counter. We had an appointment scheduled at Charlotte tilbury for my teenage daughters make up for her pre quinceañera photo shoot. We were there on time and no one was at the make up counter. Someone from another makeup brand called the general manager to help us. The manager said no one was there to help us, apologized and took us to Laura mercier counter for makeup. The mua at Laura mercier said she doesn't do the style my daughter was looking for and told us we're better off waiting for the CT mua to come back from lunch. The manager never said the ct mua was at lunch she implied no one was there for the day. We decided to wait after the manager talks to the ct mua and said she would be there in 20 minutes. By the time the ct makeup artist arrived it was 45 minutes past our appointment. She started doing her eyes and my daughter loved her eye makeup. When she started doing her foundation it was so much darker than her skin tone and orange. We are Latinas and don't have orange undertones. She wiped off the makeup and put on a slightly lighter tone than the previous but still too dark and orange. She didn't try different colors until we approved she just started with the new color. The lighting at the new counter was terrible and she assured that it would be good for pictures. Once we're outside the makeup was way too dark. My daughter has beautiful olive skin and has a tan so she's darker but she didn't match her skin color and she didn't even need foundation. We received the photo proofs and the makeup is so much darker on her face and orange.We planned our day around the appointment time for makeup and photo shoot and do not appreciate the inconsideration for our time. It was not a "misunderstanding" like the Nordstrom manager and mua said. It was their mistake. I don't ever leave reviews but don't want someone else to have this terrible experience. read more

I asked where I could find him and they wouldn't tell me where he went and they were quite rude about it. I asked around with some other customers and found out that he is now at Scissors and Scotch. Generally I have positive experiences in Nordstrom and today was different. Two associates, one named George, and the other whose name i didn't get, provided a poor customer experience. They were both indifferent toward my needs, seemed put off when I asked for help, and didn't attempt to add value or find out what I needed. This Nordstrom is far superior to the Cherry Creek store, in my opinion. They have more space and carry a better selection in every department. I can't tell you how many times I have been at Cherry Creek and had them say, "The Park Meadows store has that." This store also has a home section on the third floor right outside the restaurant. It is small, but at least they have some nice bedding, decorating and gift items. Also in housewares is a truffle bar, where you can get your chocolate fix. My favorite was the chocolate peanut butter, but they were all delicious and HUGE. Maybe even too large, which makes them hard to bit into. You'll be happy to know I persevered and alas, that truffle stood no chance. The children's shoe selection is fantastic here. Be sure to ask for a balloon if you have a little on who is into that. They have a little house with crayons, toys and games for them to play while you are checking out. The adult shoe section is equally good, but I don't think they give out balloons because being an adult is no fun. The service here is what you would expect from Nordstrom. Always helpful, never snarky. I sometimes wish they had more people in cosmetics. It is really on of the few places i have to ask for help. And I really, really need it in that department. So, definitely check out this Nordstrom one day if you like Nordstrom and the Cherry Creek store feels like an abbreviated version of what you are used to. read more

Nordstrom may seem expensive to some but you will always be buying quality here. Like Lindsey K. I too enjoy this location better than the Cherry Creek location. It's a larger store, has more variety in every department, and customer service is outstanding. I can always find the area I'm looking for and if I look confused for a split second, a sales associate is there asking me if I need help. The women's dress department is worth a visit on its own. There are some really beautiful pieces for all occasions. In addition they have a restaurant in the store as well that's worth a visit. Shoegasmic!!!!!! The Nordstrom's shoe department at Park Meadows (aka - My House of Crack) offers *the* best possible combination of service and selection!! I'm greeted immediately when I walk into the shoe department and the moment I'm ready to try something on, the associates are on it. They don't stalk their customers and they aren't obnoxious. They're also one of (if not the) last places on earth that still puts the shoes on your feet for you and wait while you walk around to make sure everything fits comfortably. My favorite thing? If they don't have my size, they track it down (anywhere in the country) and have it shipped to my house for free. My only complaints are that they don't carry Louboutin's and that their salon styles aren't as current as they could be. I am always excited to walk into a Nordstroms but then easily let down. Maybe it is because all of them are exactly the same. Nothing makes them interesting or unique. it doesn't matter where you are, they are all the same. This was the first one in a long time that NO one said hello or "how are you?" I was looking in the shoe section for a bit (what a surprise) and the ladies working walked by me a number of times, made eye contact with me, but never actually asked if I need something. Amazing processes and customer service. Go to the women's dress department and ask where the men's ties are and the employee will walk you down two levels. Amazing! They might be a bit expensive but Nords definitely earns that extra dollar for the customer service they provide. I truly love their customer service and feel there are many companies that can take lessons from Nords in regards to customer service. The Nordstrom Rack is an absolute deal!!! read more

I should never have to go through this much of a hassle with a shirt. I bought a Nordstrom product and it fell apart. Growing up in the 70s it was common knowledge that Nordstrom set the bar for retail service and satisfaction. No more. I don't shop here often because I find the prices stupidly high, but the sales are OK. I bought a Nordstrom brand shirt and within a month or two the buttons started falling off. They offered to sew them on, but I had to leave the shirt for a week. A month or so later, the buttons started cracking in half. They offered to refund my money but I love the shirt, so they said if I brought in new buttons, they would sew those on. Returned with my buttons and now they want to charge me to sew the new ones on - and leave the shirt for another week. I'm sorry, but I've shopped at nearby Men's Warehouse for several years and they never, ever jerk me around like this. Minor alterations are always done on the spot and free. I had one sport coat for 3 years that I never wore and they swapped it out for one I liked much better at no charge. The service is way better too; knowledgable staff. Sorry Nordstrom, I hanging you up on the rack. read more

Picked out approximately $800 in men's pants and button ups only to find out that the "sale" price is for their credit card holders only. Huh? You have sign up for a credit card to get the sale price? Really? Are they desperate for business on credit? They have almost the entire men's section quarantined for credit card holders only. Oh "you can come back after the sale ends" and pick over what's left. Thanks. I will add another wasted visit at Nordstrom's to my list of things to do in the future. l needed stuff today. Betsy Dunn is the BEST PERSONAL SHOPPER in the UNIVERSE. Period. Okay, not a qualified statement, but you get the picture right? We made an appointment to go see her for a new suit for my boyfriend. In the meantime, she helped us find two pairs of shoes, a couple button ups and a GREAT sport coat! Yes, we left a little poorer, but my boyfriend was soooo happy! I purchased a pair of 7 jeans cash, did not have receipt. Paid over $200. Went to exchange them because they ripped and are clearly defective. They refused to take them. Absolutely shocked because of their so called "No Questions Asked Return Policy". I literally know of someone exchanging Tory Burch shoes because their dog ate them with no receipt. They made me feel awful basically implying that I'm cheap and should just buy a new pair of jeans. That it's normal for so called premium jeans to rip the way they did. If I was concerned about longer lasting jeans, I should buy Levi's. Completely offended and will no longer shop at Nordstroms. read more

This review is for the bridal department. Their selection of short bridesmaids dresses is extremely limited. It was also add how small the try on sizes were. I wear a size 10 and I could barely fit into any of the dresses. I shop at Nordstrom every time I come to Park Meadows Mall. I tend to buy all of my skincare products from here especially from Clinique. The only reason why I gave three stars is because the service always sucks when I go! I always see workers just standing around talking to each other or just standing there. It makes me even more mad when I see those workers help "white" folks immediately when I've been standing there for a good 5-10 minutes. It's always someone from a different stand that helps me! But they tend to always give me the wrong product when I specifically show them I what I need. I always end up having to go back and exchanging it. Such a hassle! I frequent the Nordstrom in my home town and have always received exceptional service. It's always fun and interesting to visit Nordstrom stores in other towns. I stopped in this location twice in two days to pick up items while in town for business. Here are my thoughts. 1. Nordstrom is a great company with high quality products. No difference at their location. 2. The layout at this location is very similar to others and is easy to navigate. 3. Normally I rank Nordstrom a 5 out of 5 stars. The decrease here was the lack of service. The first day I was really shocked after walking past about five employees and not even getting w smile or hello, let alone asking me for help. One employee even looked down and away when I smiled and nodded. Going into the store two separate days was, frankly my experiment to see if they were just having an off day. Unfortunately it was the same poor experience. No hello. No can we help you. Not even eye contact. Very strange. After this experience I both days I chose not to purchase anything, walked down to Banana Republic and The Art of Shaving, picked up what I needed and was on my way. Hopefully this was just a bad couple of days and the management can correct the behaviors. read more

Nordstrom customer service is the reason why I am going to stick to online shopping. I bought a necklace that broke within a week of purchase. I finally had some time to take it back and was redirected a few times but finally found the jewelry department lady. I've never had trouble returning anything at Nordstrom before and usually, the sales associate is more than happily accepts a return/exchange. I was ready with the receipt and item number but I was met with hostility. She eyed me skeptically and said maybe I needed to be more careful and I was a little thrown off and didn't answer. I showed her the receipt and she must have realized what she was saying and started to apologize and said she didn't mean that and ended up processing it but really turned off by how she started off by telling me I needed to be more careful without even understanding the situation. read more
