Everything you would want (but rarely find) in a retail experience! The rest of the store seemed kind of "dark", maybe they need new lighting (and a lot of it)? Being two doors down from Market Basket means that the parking lot is chaotic, so park as close as you can to the exit so you can get in and out without too much aggravation.

I could not find a review setting for the Nordstrom Rack online review, so I will place in on this location. I placed an order for two dresses online, totaling over $100, because the website clearly stated: Ships in 1 - 3 days. This item is ready to ship on both of these dresses. So far, still no dresses! Am i pissed? YOU BET I AM!! I have a trip coming up and I am hoping that i receive them before my scheduled flight! Large, messy store. A lot of apparel (clothes and coats), bags and shoes from Michael Kors. A lot of coats and fall apparel. Still has a lot of summer clothes including dresses. The shoe section is divided up as regular vs. clearance racks. Some shoes are not in the correct box so don't rely on that to see if you don't like a specific brand. Customer service is lacking as no one greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Reminds me why I'm not a fan of huge stores like these. read more

It is something anyone can see the moment they walk in. It makes the store look neglected and creates an unsafe environment for shoppers who should not have to watch every step they take. The return policy is another major problem. For a brand that charges premium prices, the policy feels restrictive and outdated. There is no flexibility and no real consideration for the fact that customers are investing a significant amount of money in their products. Other retailers in the same price range have moved forward with more reasonable policies, but this location has not. Aritzia may sell beautiful clothing, but the overall experience at this store does not match the quality of the merchandise. Safety, customer care, and basic upkeep should not be optional. Perhaps its because I'm a middle-aged guy that was desperate to find a suit my size and one I liked. Who knows. One thing was clear - the moment he saw me he looked down and showed disinterest. As you may be able to tell, I don't hesitate to make a complaint about a retail staff-person. If I somehow manage to find myself in the store again you can be rest assured I'll get his name and report him to corporate. I hope readers of this comment have a better experience than I did.
