My main problem: coming in to buy 1 pair of shoes and leaving with 3, yikes!!! Always plenty of great finds especially with shoes and accessories. I've found that the clothes isn't as great as I would expect from a Nordstrom Rack but you can always find a hidden gem if you dress yourself with patience. I love that they have some of the most comfortable brands in shoes at a much more reasonable price. Parking is easy and there is always plenty of staff to support the long lines. Terrible customer service at the dressing room. Saw me struggling didn't even offer to help me divide the clothes just yelled out to me from the room "it looks like you have more than 15 you can only take 15..." it took me a good 5 minutes if struggling to separate the hangers and stuff (no cart) and I walked myself to the room. I guess they were too busy talking to each other about their coworkers to bother. read more

Being the bargain hunter that I am well let's say this is my heaven on earth. Literally. This place has the smell of 'sale' all over it. You mean to tell me there's a $80 for $20?! Uh, I'm down! Now beware: it's not always dirt cheap compared to its original price. Where its at is at their after Christmas sale. THAT'S when you NEED to go! Wow. This place + Loehmann's next door pretty much guarantees this plaza is my favorite place to shop for myself. I was really impressed with what great deals they have here. I was expecting to find high end items that were still expensive at markdown prices. Instead there was high end stuff at quite affordable prices and many cute trendy pieces at cheap prices. I got two shirts for $15 apiece and a really cute dress for $19.99. This was a quick visit so I didn't get to look at all the shoes but they had a huge selection in every size. I would have liked to see more purses and more from brands like BCBG. The overall selection (not including shoes) was slightly limited compared to what I was expecting but it's new so it may fill in with time. Definitely worth a visit, on a weekly basis ;-) read more

Although the Nordstrom is a little more high end than other of the competitors in the area the rack is just like any Marshalls or Ross in the organization department. I love this store but if you really want to come find something specific you have to come as early as possible because by late afternoon most clothing items have been moved around and out of place so trying to find something in your size becomes a mission. However that's not the stores fault is more of the consumers and as a whole the store seems pretty organized. They have a nice selection of shoes and purses and I just love the deals you can strike here. read more

When I heard the Nordstrom was opening a Rack in town and country, I was hesitant. I thought It was still going to be like the actual Nordstrom where everything was unbelievably expensive. Terrible customer service by Michelle ..I believe she's an assistant manager. No smiles just all attitude. My family has been shopping at both Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack for years. I was asking to return a pair of shoes that were not used. I do understand the return policy. I don't understand Michelle telling me the shoes were used when the sticker on the bottom was still on them. If I had wanted to return used shoes I would have just said they were uncomfortable. I do not like being called a liar by your management team. I do remember another day that I noticed her being rude and kind of screaming and giving attitude to her Co workers. She acts very unprofessional laughing as I asked for her name. Co workers at the register were stunned by the way she treated my mother and i.. Swinging hands, no smiles, attitude and being accused of lying is not what I remember Nordstrom as. We will no longer be shopping at Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack. Thank you Michelle. read more

I too am a bargain hound and have a hard time passing up a good deal. However, of late, Nordstrom Rack seems to have changed their way of doing their markdowns, and the deals just don't seem quite as good. Don't get me wrong,..I've found some great items at great prices at this store, but not so often now as I use to. On the other hand, the selection is great, the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and if you only speak English, you'll have no problem interacting with the staff. Make sure you have plenty of time to shop, because there is truely something for everyone! read more

Two Nordstrom Racks opened yesterday. One at The Palms at Town & Country and the other at Miracle Marketplace and if you can believe doors opened at 9 a.m. at the Kendall shop and over 600 denizens came through just at that time. Some according to the manager were even there at 3 a.m. to make the line. I got a chance to check out the Kendall shop in the afternoon which is 35,000 square-feet of shopping paradise. It was loaded with lots of Nordstrom designer labels like Milly, BCBG, James Perse, Kate Spade, Gucci, Betsey Johnson and the list goes on. The store was very organized and employees greeted you with smiles and were very helpful if you had a question or were in line for the fitting room. I was extremely impressed. I nabbed a Kate Spade blouse marked at $245 down to $79 and a BCBG dress from $189 down to $69. I could've kept going literally because the clothing was AMAZING. I am so going back this weekend. They get new shipments weekly. I can't wait to check out the one on Coral Way. read more

Free returns with no problem? Lies. I just left the Nordstrom rack in miami store #779 and the managers Joshua and Michelle refused to take a return from the Nordstrom store because it was a perfume. Never had problems returning at the Rack from the regular store. I guess the open no trouble return policy is not respected by some managers. Worst experience. I always love Nordstrom over Macy's because of their easy policy. Will never buy in Nordstrom again. I close my card too. read more

I had come in to buy clothes for my vacation . I found everything I was looking for and more . The store was neat and super clean . Very easy to find everything I was looking for. The sales staff was very very nice and extremely helpful. I went in there to buy a pair of shorts and maybe some sneakers and I left with over a thousand dollars in merchandise . After I was finished shopping I had walked to my car and put my bags in the back seat and left not noticing that while my car was parked directing in front of the store and directly in sight of their security cameras someone crashed into my brand new car and caused over 5k in damages . When I got home and noticed the damage I called the police then I called the store to see if there was any way they may be able to help me find out what happened . You would think they would be eager to help firstly because I spent a considerable amount of money in their establishment and secondly because hit and run is a crime . I was transferred to the person in the loss prevention office . The woman in loss prevention was extremely rude and nasty and kept cutting me off as I was trying to see if there was any way we could pull the camera footage up to give it to the police . I fully understand how business policy may not permit an employee to disclose camera footage without a court order but there are ways to treat customers with kindness and empathy and not like garbage . Thanks to her I will never spend another penny in that store again , moreover I happen to own a company with over 100 employees and every year I give Nordstrom gift cards to all of them for the holidays and I will never buy gift cards from a store that treats its customers in such a manner . Nordstrom you lost a customer and I will never recommend Nordstrom to anyone EVER!! Great way to treat a customer that spends tens of thousands of dollars a year in your store . read more
