This Rack is spot on. I love consistency in my shopping and just like the stores in Oregon I found this one to be just as expected- clean bathrooms, nice dressing rooms, organized racks, friendly staff, etc. I found a pair of Paige jeans and an EOS lip balm. I'm sure there were many other deals to be found but trying on clothes and wrangling a 1 year old are not my favorite. read more

This store location was pretty busy, but it was very difficult to find anyone to assist people on the floor. Definitely not like a regular Nordstrom store. I went looking for shoes and the shoe area was a mess. There were at least four registers open, but the line was still long. Our cashier was very friendly and got us checked out quickly. I've been to other Nordstrom Rack's in San Diego, and they were run much better and better stocked. read more

Never been to this location until tonight. I was really surprised to find so many of my favorite designers here for way cheaper. The store is easily accessible because they have a entrance right into the store from a large parking lot. It's located in the very large Ontario Mills Outlet Mall. It's clean very organized and helpful employees. One thing that did stand out was a lot of their inventory, were items I've purchased months previously. So it seems majority of their inventory was marked down items that were not sold previously at the main stores..... But they do carry current items too. Their items are in excellent condition. I'll definitely come here again , but be prepared to really keep an eye out for that hidden gem because their inventory is not layed out like the department Nordstrom stores. read more

I came in initially in search of a Marc Jacobs backpack I've had my eye on for a while. This was on my way home so I stopped in just to check if by some miracle they had the backpack. Unfortunately I did not come across the backpack here they only had the ugly nylon ones. I would only recommend this particular location if you're looking for a great shoe selection. I ended up grabbing myself some cute Adidas workout shoes and my husband a pair of Nikes. They had such a huge variety of athletic shoes that I almost wanted every pair. The clothes is very but I mean VERY poor. I wanted to find a cute pair of Jean shorts and they only had sizes 29 and up. Ummmmm what about us smaller gals? Super crappy. The makeup section was also pretty bare. Maybe it's because this is an "outlet" location. Idk but I won't be coming back for anything besides to check out the shoes. read more

Some Racks are hit or miss, but this is a pretty decent store!! Some of the selection on certain items were lacking, but I am definitely coming back to this rack because they have a lot of gems!! This place is a hidden gem that stocks hidden gems.. I found a beautiful silk Ermenilgdo Zegna tie for 30 BUCKS!!! I Was doing cartwheels when I found the tie! They have a great sales section on ties and great Valentino, Zegna and other ties for pretty cheap!! People, Zegna makes the best mens ties known to humankind! They are very nice, soft, silky, thin and easy to tie when wearing a suit. Not thick and stuffy like other ties. They are made from the BEST SILK....and they sell for around $170-200 bucks at Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Barneys Getting a Zegna tie for 30 bucks is a steal and I will definitely be coming back! read more

Worst customer service ever. Simply called to check to see if an item was in stock, was told by the gentleman over the phone that it's not his job And I would have to come into the store and check myself. I called other Nordstrom rack locations in the surrounding areas and they were all able to check for me over the phone. Ontario mills Nordstrom rack will not be getting my business ever. read more

I love these stores but they all have one thing in common and that is that it takes too long to buy something! I came today and there were two cashiers and only three of us in line but it still took ten minutes to get someone to check me out. There are announcements over the speaker about a quick check out and finding a "green shirt" to facilitate that but they were no where to be found until 3 of them came to the registered after waiting ten minutes. When I was helped, the girl was very very nice and helpful and most of all, fast. There are a lot of great deals in the store especially with shoes and workout clothes. If you like nyx and Neutrogena products, you can usually find them here cheap. They also have urban decay primer that costs $20 at sephora but only $9 here. The Rack is one of my favorite haunts for stuff I like at a deal. I seem to have bad luck with finding clothes at this one. I have not bought a single garment here over the years compared to others. Either I don't find the size or the style is just not catching. I do have decent luck with shoes and accessories at this one though! Neatness is hit or miss. I've gone at times where there are employees seen and it's clean and no one to be found and a bit disheveled. Often in the back there are a few racks of clothes with further clearance discounts worth checking out. It's the type of place I go to browse vs looking for something specific. Out of the racks I go to, this was is just OK. There are bigger ones, with seemingly better selection of what I'm looking for. read more

Maybe I went on an off day? Not too much of a selection. It's kind of small actually for a Nordstrom Rack. However big ups to their accessories section. Got some hot Armani Exchange sunglasses for $20 and some pashminas for $9. They have a section in the back by the doors with bins full of $1-$10 items. Got some cute touch screen gloves for $4. All in all, I would consider it A-OK. It'll do in a pinch, but I much prefer the Nordstrom Rack in Chino. read more

What can I say, I'm a Nordies girl. I am such a fan of Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. I visit the store often. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes you do have to "hunt" for good deals, however, it is worth it. I had purchased a striped dress that needed to be dry cleaned. When I took it to the dry cleaner the man said the colors may bleed. Concerned that my dress would be ruined I took it back to Nordstrom Rack. The staff said if that if the colors bleed after being dry cleaned they would replace the dress; even though I had worn the dress and no longer had the receipt. Every time I go into the store I am greeted with kind words and a smiling face. read more

I was shopping at this store yesterday evening, when my three year old asks to use the restroom. My three year old was born with a kidney problem and can't hold her urine for long. I rushed her to the restroom and a staff member was waiting by the door. She told me I could not go in because she was about to clean it. I asked her very nicely If she could quickly use it because she was about to pee her pants! She rudely told me no, then told me to run to the Sketchers store to see if there bathroom was open. Nordstrom Rack is probably my favorite of the outlet type stores. Since it's for a whole department store and not just a single designer, there is a way larger selection of stuff and so, a way higher chance of finding something you like. The prices are excellent too. This is one of my favorite places to shoe shop because I feel like shoes are way over priced when they're retail price. Same with ties. I hate paying 50, 60 bucks for a tie but here, they're like 15 bucks. Nice ties too, Calvin Klein, DKNY, Trump, etc. The best thing is they almost always have something nice in my size. I'm 5'6 and a halfish with a 30" waist. So short and thin. Most of the time outlet stores never carry anything in my size. They almost always start with medium sizes or only have the XXL's left over. Not Nordstrom Rack. I've found shirts, pants, blazers, and entire suit sets in my size. My only real complaint is that it takes WAY too long to check out of here. The ladies working the registers move slow, and they also have to ask you for your email address, if you want to sign up for any of their stupid programs. If you'd like to apply for a Nordstrom Rack credit card. It's really frustrating waiting in the front of the line for 10 minutes. All in all though, I love a good deal almost as much as I love looking classy so I always come back for more. read more

I just found some great slacks at this store and saved a ton of money! I purchased $70 slacks for $30 (that's better than two for the price of one!). I didn't have a problem with the store being unorganized, like some people have said, but I have been in nicer Nordstrom Rack stores. Overall, I was pleased with my purchases and my time in the store. If I was shopping without knowing what I was looking for, it would've drove me nuts, but since I knew what I needed, I grabbed three pairs of different slacks, tried them on, and purchased them in about 30 minutes! read more

This place can be hit or miss. Sometimes you can find some amazing deals on some cool items. I have bought plenty of shoes, especially dress shoes. Other times you will find nothing at all, which is not always a bad thing (I should not spend money when I do not have too). You can find tons of accessories reasonably cheap. I buy all of my cleaning supplies for my shoes here. I love those leather wipes, so damn handy, they work great as well. Also I am big on carrying handkerchiefs, and I got 20 for 8 bucks which was a steal. Sign up for nordstrom alerts and they will let you know when new stuff will be coming in, it will give you the heads up over other shoppers. read more

Like all discount stores, this Nordstrom Rack can be hit or miss. But I've found it's more often a "hit" than a "miss." The store is well organized for a discount merchandise store; they have labels for every circular rack that describe size, merchandise, and prices (i.e., Slacks, XS and S, Clearance). Very nice. Makes it easy for lazy shoppers like me to find what they need. The shoe department is the most disorganized section; you find a shoe you like, then have to go up to the counter to get it's mate, then you try it on and god forbid you need a different size... you have to then wait in line and go through the process all over again. It's not worth it for me, but if you're a shoe addict then perhaps? The purse section is a disappointment, they rarely mark down their bags any more than an ordinary nordstrom sale. But their accessories... MAN! Some great deals to be had on classic jewelry (pearls, etc) and modern funky stuff as well. They also have random things like discounted salon nail colors, hair supplies like high-end shampoos and flat irons, etc. All in all, a worthwhile stop when you're in or around Ontario Mills Mall. read more

I love the Nordstrom family of stores and am a regular. My boyfriend purchased me two pairs of shoes for Christmas that I had previously picked out. When he purchased he went to the aisle with my size but unfortunately the wrong size shoes were put in the aisle. I attempted to return the unworn shoes and was refused by this store for no receipt. Why would he keep the receipt I picked them out. The cashier made me uncomfortable and innuendos like I was a thief or something. Not what I expected from Nordstrom that built their brand on service. Most disgusting Rack I have ever been in! My daughters and I ran in really quick while my car was charging. We went to the restroom and it was DISGUSTING!! It smelled like poop, the trash can looked like a volcano erupting, the handicap stall had used baby wipes on the floor and the best part was someone had stolen a Barbie and left the box half hidden under the toilet with seat covers. Super classy! Once we started shopping we were greeted by clothes strewn all over the floor! I felt like I was at Ross, not usually the feel I get at the Rack. We were looking in the kids section and I told an associate that the bathroom was a mess and she looked at me like she could've cared less and said she would let someone know. 30 mins later when I was checking out I asked to speak to a manager, the woman who was helping me (super professional and nice) radioed for a manager, low and behold who comes up to speak to me then the girl I spoke to earlier! I couldn't believe she was a manager with her nonchalant, I could careless attitude. So I told her that I just wanted to bring it to management's attention the state of the bathroom. She said "oh I forgot about that I'll call it in." SMH it had been 30 mins!!!l. I then spoke to another manager who said she would bring it up to store manager. I will never go to this Rack again! The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because we did find 3 cute dresses and cute pair of shoes that were super inexpensive. read more

Placed an order on 7-7-18. Delivery was scheduled for 7-12-18. Package wasn't delivered. When you tracked the package it said, severe weather package is delayed. There was no severe weather so I questioned this. UPS immediately put an investigation on the package. Days later the tracking number still says lost/investigation. The package was scanned and departed Ontario but NO package was delivered. It's very obvious to me that Nordstrom's Rack (NR) and UPS has a dishonest employee and the package was never shipped it was stolen. Called UPS and they said call NR. I called NR and they said call UPS. I demanded a refund which will take 5 days. Shady employees working at NR and UPS. Don't buy online. read more

I'm reviewing this store specifically because of the excellent customer service I experienced today over the phone. I was on a hunt for a certain dress that Nordstrom no longer had and found it at this location. Lorie was a HUGE help and she was so so so nice! She helped me purchase this dress over the phone and made sure the dress didn't have anything wrong with it...something that Nordstrom failed to do. Thank you Lorie for all of your help! It's a decent store. Nordstrom recently renovated the store so you didn't have to walk through the Ontario Mills to get to the store so that's definitely an improvement. Every so often, there's something, whether a pair of shoes, a shirt, or something else, that makes it worth going to and the store help is friendly enough too. Overall, it's not a bad store nor is a great one. It is one of the better stores at the Mills so if you happen to find yourself there, head to the Rack. read more

I had an absolutely amazing shopping experience here yesterday! The staff was so helpful and friendly. I tried on a pair of shorts and they were too small. 2 staff members, Emily and Jessica, went and searched the sales floor and the back room for a larger size. God must have wanted me to have those shorts because there was a size 34 in the back. The most amazing part was Emily getting me in and out of that place. She searched up and down for an iphone scanner so I could leave and do more shopping damage at the mall. The level of customer service I received was beyond amazing! read more

I was never a fan of the rack. I would go in and get overwhelmed with the amounts of stuff they carry. But for some reason I had a great time. I spent most my time at the shoes section.
