It's a beautiful warm and humid day in Chicago and the walk was good. The place is very quaint and small but well lit for shopping. It's a woman's boutique specializing in European clothing. The major designer is Solar and I have not heard of it, but designs are suited for a dressier woman. Thankfully that counts me in as I work in an office where jeans are not allowed and it's conservative so the weekends I can go casual. Back to the store the sizes are European and the lady at the counter (I am assuming is the owner) was very kind to tell me that 34 is usually x-small, 36 is small and 38 is medium. I'm usually a medium but some of her clothing allow for a 34 when I tried on a pair of white slacks. It had a great fit, but buying white is difficult because the material may be more revealing than you might like. Her clothes has many price points as she indicated and sales from the previous season is 20% off. Her summer selection drove me to walk in full of blight yellows, pink, and orange. Do stop in if you're in the neighborhood and support local small businesses!

It's a fine store for such and they have a wide variety of items. They may not have the quality of a Hello Tokyo or a Daiso but you get more for your discount dollars here it appears. The kiddos had plenty of fun items to pick from to stay under their $5 budget and they enjoyed their shopping here. My only critique is that many items showed a scan code but no specific price except a sign saying less than $5. I had to ask the friendly and helpful attendant several times what an item's price was and most items we picked were $3.50 or $4 but it would be helpful to show an exact price if possible. The outdoor mall was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. We browsed in and out of a few different stores and everyone was very nice and attentive. The one store that caught our attention was Laderach, which was a Swiss chocolate store. We were able to sample truffles and chocolate bars and it was probably the best tasting chocolate we've ever had. We also stopped in to Coach and I ended up buying my daughter a cute, Coach bag. With stores like Zara, Fabletics, Alo, Louis Vuitton and Nordstrom, you truly get a great, shopping experience at this mall; there's something here for everyone. There's also ample seating as well.
