She knew all the dresses well and helped me with those in-house as well as offered alternate options for those not available. She was super helpful including setting up a dressing room for me with some of the clothes while I continued looking. While sadly I didn't find the dress I wanted - I had a very favorable experience and would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for boho style clothes.

A smaller food court compared to most malls. For there only being 3 days until Christmas I was shocked at how dead it was. We had pictures with Santa at 12pm and I got there early as I anticipated a full parking lot. But nope no issues parking. Found Santa right away in the middle of The mall by JCPenney. That truly is a beautiful set that he's in. He's also a good looking Santa! We didn't stop in or purchase anything in the stores, although we did walk thru Round 1 which was a cool arcade / small bowling venue. Lots of empty stores. . The center elevator was also out of order. So you I'd be nice to see a restaurant in here and eventually attend the Mammoth hockey practice arena to watch them practice. Also a Mammoth or Jazz souvenir shop would be really ideal.

HOWEVER, I found this little number right as I was walking out the store and it was exactly what I was looking for - a Baileys, handcrafted polyester flat-cap in just the perfect color! Call in to Cariloha and the nice young girl on the phone tells me none of the products have an expected shipping date. Do these companies think their customers are banks? Everyone chipping in for their success. How about an email to the customers stating an extended waiting period and a what would you like to do with your order.

We needed deep pocketed sheets, which we typically purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond. We were looking for very soft, high quality, deep pocketed sheets, and researched quite a few major brands. Two other companies that we seriously considered included Boll & Branch and Brooklinen. We ruled out Brooklinen as their pocket depth was probably too small for our 18" plus mattress depth. We also passed on Boll & Branch as some of the reviews said their sheets were not as soft as they expected, and since they are a premium brand with a price point to match, this brought their value into question. Ultimately we selected Carihola, which claims to have "the softest bedding on the planet." They also say that their bamboo sheets are environmentally friendly, renewable and twice as soft as cotton. And they offer a moneyback guarantee: "If you're not completely in love with your Cariloha bamboo bed sheets or pillows, they're eligible for an exchange or return with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be sent back to our Corporate Headquarters. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser." So we decided to give them a try. We washed the sheets before trying them, for a variety of reasons including to see how they appeared after washing. And candidly, these are categorically the softest and lightest sheets we ever purchased. And they are arguably so by an order of magnitude. Are they the softest on the planet? Well, umm, err, Earth is a big place! But suffice it to say, they are awesome. So far we tried the Classic Sheets, which have a twill finish, though we subsequently purchased their "Resort Sheets" at a sale price of 50% off. Carihola claims the Resort Sheets feature "a sleek sateen finish with advanced box-stitch seams, these sheets are perfect for softness and durability." I wouldn't doubt their claims. One tip for fellow Yelpers. If you're interested in Carihola note that there are usually coupons codes ranging from 10% to 25% off, and free shipping on orders over $100. The sheets arrive in very nice packaging, and their customer service line was easy to contact.

I have the most unpleasant in-store experience at DSW today…read more This morning i received an email from DSW and asked my annual DSW perk, and i had to log in to my account and made the selection ($10 dollar reward). I then went to the store in the afternoon and my wife selected a pair of ASICS shoes, which is 5 dollar more than Kohl's, Asics official site. But i think with the annual 10 dollar off, it is still a good deal. I then proceed to check out and i provided my number to the store employee Heather. She told us the final amount is xxx and we told her that we have this annual perk $10. She replied this coupon can only be used on the web or on the app. It doesn't sound like we could use that "perk" in store. So we decided not to buy the shoe. But then i double checked my email, it says i could use the "perk" in store. So i went back to that Heather and asked her if i can apply that perk to the purchase. She said "Yes" and then added "if you guys didn't walk away". WTF. We would not walk away if you asked about " do you have the email with you?". It is you, Heather, that keeps us from making that purchase. DSW should seriously think about customer service training. And with that attitude, even i could use that perk from the email, i have decided not to make the purchase this time and ever again. I will not buy anything from DSW again. Guys, one quick tip, just google the shoe you want to buy while you shoeshop at DSW, and you will find the price is usually not very competitive at DSW. Good luck!
