When you walk in, you give them your name and they let you know approximately how long the wait will be while they help the customers already there. They told us about a 5-minute wait, but I was looking around at the shoes and the time flew by. The lady who helped us was super nice and really knew her stuff. I had several questions about the different shoe models, and she was able to explain the differences and help me choose the right shoe for me. Having someone knowledgeable there made the decision so much easier. The entire experience took maybe 15 minutes, and I was back out the door and on my way to my next errand.
