Noreen and her team were amazing! This session was for our 3 kids ages 14-17 and we brought our 2 dogs. Noreen and her team engaged wonderfully with each of our very different kids and treated our dogs like little princesses! They were careful with the dogs, provided water bowls and a bowl for the food we brought. They were incredibly hospitable to us and fun-loving with our 3 teens. This session was part of their Who AM I Program, focused on increasing confidence and self-esteem by highlighting the kids' special interests, character traits and what makes eqch of them special. It included questionnaires we had sent to teachers, youth pastor and friends which were integrated into a video montage highlighting the "things loved most" or "the funniest thing about" each kiddo. Our family laughed hilariously at several moments throughout the afternoon and she'd a tear or two at several touching moments. My husband was reluctant to spend the amount of money we did on a photo shoot. But this was more than a photo shoot. It truly was/is an investment into my kids. I want eqch of them to look back on this experience, see the statements their friends, teachers, youth pastor (and parents!) made about what makes them amazing...see themselves dressed up, holding beloved pets that have defined their childhood...who won't always be with us...and say some day, "Wow. Remember when we did that photo shoot? That was pretty awesome and we look great, dont we? I loved that dog...remember Dad joking with us during the session? Her prices were too high and I spent four times the amount I wanted to pay for senior pictures. I was not clear on the arrangement where iI would have rather brought my family and take family portraits. The experience was lovely but the cost was something we will pay for months at a time. When i try to cancel part of my order to bring the cost down she refused my request making me spend this high cost. That was the worse part. I called literally the very next day when she opened. We were there at 7pm yet she claimed "the order was processed immediately and couldn't be cancelled. " I was sick to my stomach. After pleading stating we don't have this high cost she said it's too bad but could not refund us the money. read more

Advertises her pet sessions as being a part of a special "project" making you apply for a spot. I assumed since pets aren't her specialty that it was something she was offering at a reduced cost for building her portfolio. Nope, requires a deposit and turns out she doesn't even allow you to be reimbursed for the deposit later on as originally stated. Clearly she feels like she needs to swindle people into buying her photo packages with false advertising- stay away! read more

We had an absolutely amazing day with Noreen today. My daughter was allowed to 100 percent be herself and what more can I ask for. Her pictures turned out fabulous and I can not wait to see the final product. I knew going in the price point and had a set budget in mind. Noreen helped us narrow it down and was very respectful of our wants. She pushed my daughter while still letting her move a way she felt comfortable. This was a terrible experience. Let me start by saying that Noreen's assistants are very friendly and genuine. This would be a very different view if any of them were photographers in charge of the shoot. Noreen is NOT a people person and she was noticeably irritated that my young child was acting like a child during our photo shoot. For what she charges, she could at least fake a smile and act like she enjoys being a photographer. She ruined the entire experience for my family. On the car ride back, my husband was silent except to say 'This was a giant mistake." Now the follow-up was even worse. After reading the negative reviews, I knew what to expect and my experience was exactly the same. Noreen, like the other review stated, will NOT allow you to leave without spending at least $400 on a single photo. She is pushy, and aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable. She's quick to show her contempt when you don't want to spend thousands of dollars. I felt trapped and could not wait to leave. Would never in a million years book another shoot with her. Don't make the same mistake I did. There are a lot of really talented photographers out there who don't put the, as the other review stated 'used car salesman' tactic on you. Find another photographer who is friendly, compassionate, and won't pressure you into overpriced packages. read more

My 11yo son was chosen to be a part of Noreen's Who I Am project. It was an amazing experience for both myself and my son! He is still talking about the shoot! Noreen and her assistants really put the entire focus on my son, making him as comfortable as possible, talking to him about his interests, keeping him at ease, and bringing out his personality in the beautiful photos. I am very happy with the results. I can't wait to receive the photos! The portrait pictures were a little out of my price range, but Noreen was able to work with me on a payment plan. She also was very flexible with me after I realized when I got home that the original choices I made for photos wouldn't work with the space I had. She made suggestions and my final order was perfect for what I have to work with in my home. Highly recommend! read more

This lady is worse then a overbearing car salesman. She first advertises like you are winning something and to apply. Then claims you won and just to pay $149 and some credit goes towards pics and then gives you a short unfriendly session and shows your pictures and pressures u to buy $3000-$5000 portrait pack. I asked to think about it since it was so expensive and she said once I left I was not able to purchase any. My daughter just spent her time and got all ready for some "who I am project" that she thought she was specially chosen for that was just a scam to get high price pics done. I got one 11 by 14 and two 5 by 7 portraits for $3 thousand. Yes $3,000 dollars !!!! It was was over priced and she has no empathy or customer service skills. Very pushy and rude and over priced. The pictures were nice but I could make them myself for less then $100 !!! Sorry NOT sorry. Just a warning. Read the fine print before your session read more
