I was told to come here for the jeans on the boutique side of course. Someone that used to work here highly recommended it and said they have a great selection of jeans. She even suggested trying on their Parker Smith jeans. The first day I came they were closed. I came back during the end of this week. The photography side was closed today, but the Boutique side was open. It's a small boutique shop on the other side of this building. There's a sordid dresses, shorts, skirts, sweaters and Jewelry. My eyes went right to the jeans, since that was the one reason I had come. The woman that help me behind the desk is super helpful and grabbed several pairs of jeans for me to try on. She put them all into a fitting room for me. They have a lot of shredded style jeans in at the moment. They had very few non-ripped or shredded jeans in today. They will be getting more shipment in, however it was being delayed with a pandemic and all. The service was friendly and really good. The Parker Smith jeans are on the pricey side, but they fit like a glove and are super comfortable. I settled on the dark wash, even though they were little too dark for me. I was told that the wash would not feed much, bummer. At least they were super comfortable and fit well. I'll be back for more jeans here when they get another larger shipment. They definitely need to have more standard or normal medium washed jeans without rips and shreds for me. read more

If I could give zero stars I would beware: she stole money from my mom claiming to do senior pictures the photo shoot made me feel very uncomfortable lasting 5 minutes with no pictures in return to us. Then she wanted more money to take more pictures. Absolutely ruined my senior photo experience. She's a huge scam and needs to be shut down. read more

Amber Lights studio is the way to go for senior pictures. My daughter was so happy to be a spokesmodel and absolutely loved Amber! The session at the beach was the highlight of the summer. We're so excited to see the final pics, but from the proofs -the country chic session is my favorite. My daughter quickly warmed up to Amber and she loved having her hair, makeup, and outfits styled. I highly recommend you stay away from Amber Lights. Think ten times before you give them your money. Then go somewhere else. While I was a customer for years, they cheated me out of hundreds of dollars and I am in total disbelief of their shady business practices. I bought a gift card with no listed stipulations, then upon trying to use it multiple times was told that I could not use it for each purchase. They refused to refund my money. In an attempt to "give" me something for my money I was offered digital images which I already owned. I had overlooked other issues but this is unacceptable. Amber Light is disorganized and has no accountability for deliver of their products. They constantly printed parts of my photo package incorrectly and always seemed to not know what items were included in packages or how items were supposed to look. This is not the level of service or professionalism that I expect for the large price tag. read more

I came here for my senior pictures because all of her photos are amazing and natural looking. I love that she can accentuate the beautiful parts of people without making them look fake. Terrible service. Didn't show up to an appointment and takes forever to reply to an email. If she does show up to your appointment you can expect her to be late. Got my senior pictures FIVE MONTHS late. The pictures were ok but not worth it, especially for the price. We made a big mistake... We used another photographer before we called Amber Lights. Unfortunately the other photographer was stuck in 2003 and lacked the ability to work with our 6 month old baby. Amber and her team were extremely flexible, patient, and made the photography experience an incredible one. Amber clearly understands what her clients are looking for and takes that expectation to the next level. She asked to see photos of our house to get an idea of our decor so she could incorporate the necessary style in her work. It's clear that she has the artistic talent that we were looking for all along. It's too bad we did not call Amber Lights 6 months earlier. We learned our lesson and will be back. read more

Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. We had our daughters head-shots taken in October, and as of today, December 4, 2018, I have not received them. For full disclosure, there was an initial miscommunication on the original time that I could pick up my photos, however there was no call from Amber Lights to confirm my appointment and when they noticed I was running late, there was not a call to see if something happened or if I was on my way. We did arrive, however it was late because I had the appointment in my calendar at a different time. At that time, I was told by the young girl that I could just come in on a Saturday and anyone could help me. Since that day, I have stopped in, left MULTIPLE voicemails, spoken to the young girls that answer the phones MANY times, texted AMBER directly, emailed, and had my husband call (who was hung up on when he tried to leave his email to have the photos sent over)... AND still no RESPONSE, no PICTURES, nothing.. Oh, I will add, I have PAID for these in full. To add insult to injury, I have told them MULTIPLE times that we had a deadline of December 1, 2018, to have these submitted for our daughters auditions.... Guess who has no head-shots for her auditions? My husband and I are business owners in the same community as this business, and I am beyond appalled at how poor their customer service is. If we treated our clients this poorly, we would never have lasted 20 years in business. It's truly shameful, and beyond frustrating. I would never consider recommending her to anyone. It should never, ever take over a month to get a product that we paid for, nor should a customer ever have to constantly call/text/email with ABSOLUTELY NO response. My only assumption now is she has lost my photos, as I have asked MULTIPLE times to have them sent to me in Dropbox, and still NOTHING. read more
