I've seen a couple waxers who no longer work here (due to moving or raising a baby- hope you two girls are doing great, if you ever see this!), and I now see Starla. She's so efficient & does a beautiful Brazilian to the forestry that I grow. She has such great conversation and I thoroughly enjoy seeing her every so often! I also get my upper legs waxed every so often, and she does a great job on those, too! A total comfort to be on her waxing table (I mean, the wax sometimes hurts, since I'm not consistent, but I never shave, so you know that helps). Dr Schnarrs has the best bedside manner of any surgeon I have ever encountered. He also allows women who undergo mastectomies to keep their nipples. He is patient with the emotions a breast cancer patient needs to process. I love Dr Schnarrs and I interviewed at least 10 plastic surgeons for breast reconstruction. Appointments always have to be rescheduled due to only one person working. They never answer the phones. The call back time is unacceptable. I am completely disappointed in the services I received. I thought the point of the patient setting appointments they could keep was just for that reason. You scheduled and then you get a call back changing dates and times that don't work well for you or you have to speak to them right then and there because of the lack of personnel available to return calls promptly when you can accurately make appointment. They have a email and phone system that worked at one point and had you verify your appointment and it stopped. Now they want to charge you for not confirming your appointment via email as it states. They do not follow up with you or make you feel welcomed to come back to receive other services. Very non-nonchalant attitude and always an excuse for them that is supposed to be alright with you the customer. If they answered their phones in time it wouldn't make it difficult to switch appointments around. And they are not very clear from the start about their policies. Money down the drain for me.
