This is a full salon for hair, nails, spa treatments and purchase of products too There are many different sections to this place which is quite interesting how the lay out is. I came here in a hurry for keratin before a trip and was shocked at how much I was charged for a small not at all fancy salon in not the greatest part of town. I was charged what the posh salons with upscale products in Miami and Coral Gables charge. It has been months and I'm still not over it because I felt ripped off. The keratin did hold up during my trip in terms of frizz, hence the 3 stars instead of 1...but my hair was not shiny or healthy looking and I had to re-do the keratin in about 6 weeks when it usually lasts months with better products. Responding to the reply- no worries at all to make it right. I went back to my usual person for keratin and am happy with my hair now. You were very nice, but was just shocked at the price I was charged compared to what the posted price was when I made the appointment. I remember you stared at my bag (which I got as a "push" gift after my second baby I had just had) and maybe you thought I was wealthy- but I'm not .
