The red velvet was moist and rich and perfect. The chocolate wasn't overly sweet, and was full of flavor and it was the perfect texture. A few bites in and my mind was made up. During the tasting she was friendly and easy to work with. I knew Veronica was a perfect fit. She could make my cake x10 with the pictures she showed us she could make far more intricate cakes than I was requesting.The cake fed just over 100 people. I paid around $700 for the cake, the cake stand rental, flower placement and delivery ($100 since my venue was about an hour away). Day of I didn't get a chance to see Veronica but she worked with my Mom and my Mom said she was prompt, easy to work with and very friendly.
