Most importantly short staffed and short of supplies. Quality of care is seriously lacking re. bathing, mouth care, turning & positioning etc. - apparently no one supervising this. Tray only came when asked for - seemed to be no one supervising this either. No nutritional supplements in sight. When the room floor was cleaned the bathroom floor was not. No call back when messages were left. You get the point, do not place your loved one there!

My grandmother has lived here for years and seems to like it, considering the circumstances. Most staff I've encountered here are pretty friendly. The rooms feel very small to me, especially the 4 person room my grandmother lives in, but other rooming options are available if you have the $$$. They do offer various activities and programs to get the residents out of their rooms at least.
