We went to the Primo Water Filter station to fill up her water jugs and did not realize how inexpensive it is, only 29¢ a gallon! No wonder she has a water station at her house! It is a great deal! Of course, the produce selection is always amazing and fresh at Walmart. Walmart has never disappointed me in their grocery department, as well as other areas in the store. The staff are on top of everything and willing to assist you with anything and everything you need in the store. I was disappointed that there was no greeter in the front of the store to greet us as we walked into the store. Since that is what Walmart is known for, I was expecting to be greeted by someone when I walked into the store, but no such luck. It is not a big deal to me, but something the management should look into going forward. Other than that, this Walmart is wonderful for Macclenny, FL and the residents are lucky to have this store in town.

Finally, we asked one of the staff where the heating pads were located, and it turned out we walked right past the shelf and did not know it! We could have stood right in front of them to ask for assistance, and they still would have ignored us. The store was very cluttered and disorganized. The aisles were not labeled from what I could see in the store. You literally have to walk around the store several times to find what you want. The selection of items were very good from what I could tell, but still, I would not want to come back here again unless I specifically needed something from Dollar general. It is a good thing I am visiting town and do not live in Macclenny, FL, because I would not come back here again to shop. Several items appeared to be overpriced for a Dollar general store. **Store Owner is disgraceful & a thief**…read more **Fraud Alert** I'm a United States Marine Corps Veteran & currently disabled. I was in the process of bouncing back from a period of homelessness when I visited this store. I had finally by the grace of God started to get my life back in order. I put down a deposit for some furniture at the Orange Park, FL location. I advised the owner I was in the process of relocating from Gainesville back to Jacksonville FL. I didn't currently have a place of residence & it was about a lil over a month later that I finally re-established myself back in Jacksonville. I contacted the District Manager Brad at this location & advised I no longer desired the furniture. I originally on 8/26/19 placed the order. I visited the door & have my debit card to have the full deposit refunded. It is now 12/2/19 & to this date no refund has be processed by RentAvision. I attempted to contact the store only to continue receiving false information. This process from homelessness has been extremely difficult & to receive this type of treatment especially as a Veteran is shameful. I don't recommend this franchise to anyone. After months of waiting to be refunded, I made a visit to the store. Brad stated the store owner refused the refund even though no merchandise ever left the store. He stated the store owner at my time of deposit claimed it wasn't refundable. This statement was false & before I gave a $364.85 deposit I surely wouldn't have done business. This made me very angry & when I disagreed I was threatened by Brad, police would be called. I don't think anyone losing $364.85 wouldn't be angry. I let him know I would blow up my social media platforms on how they do business & treat a Veteran. Complaint will be filed with the Attorney General & BBB.
