We panicked, took pictures and searched Yelp. Though Sam doesn't seem to keep up with Yelp, he DOES answer the phone. After hours! I told him the situation, he asked me to text him pictures. I sent the pics, called him back and he confirmed that yep...TV is not repairable. Why am I leaving a glowing review? He didn't get in his vehicle, drive over and charge me $200-400 like some other mobile technicians wanted to. He picked up the phone, was courteous and most important knowledgable, and he was also quick. IF I need mobile TV service, I'm calling Sam.
