If timing of delivery is an issue, Tina will bend over backwards to get it out, even if that means making an after-hours delivery herself. I trust her completely and only have to give her a price and some general guidance and she will make up a fantastic basket for me. My relatives always thank me profusely for the baskets, but of course, all the credit and kudos go to Tina! She's an amazing basket maker and a wonderful person! On Saturday I found out the funeral arrangements for my much-loved uncle's funeral. His service was going to be at noon on Monday. The very kind and professional people of Three Oaks Florist answered my email over the weekend and made sure that our flowers arrived on time for my uncle's service. The flower type and color were wrong. The boquet was way smaller and the vase was just a clear vase. They should just tell the customer, "leave your money and we will send whatever we want because what you want does not matter." If they did not have the flowers they should have at least substituted with similar colors, and size that was paid for. When I tried to call over and over the afternoon of the delivery , and again today during normal businesa hours, there was no answer and no voicemail available. I sure won't be using this florist again.
