I can't tell you how many other companies just sent over a brochure with their pricing with no follow-up. In speaking with Josh, he was very consultative, and also just a very pleasant person to talk with. After comparing a few other photographers, we landed on Storytellers because of their beautiful editing style, and we knew we would be in good hands with experienced professionals. We worked with Anel for our engagement photoshoot, and she was a complete gem. My husband and I are not picture people, and she was able to get us comfortable in front of the camera. Those pictures turned out beautifully. For the wedding, we worked with Anel and Andrew for photography, and Marilyn for videography, and I cannot stress how amazing it was to work with all of them. I was a bundle of nerves the day of my wedding, and not once did I have to worry about anything not being captured. If anything, being around them helped ease our nerves a bit, because they were all so nice to be around. We went with a full nine hour package, and by the end of the day, it felt like we all had gone through a journey together. Weddings are wild. The photos turned out beautifully, and we cried the first time we watched our video. We got to relive all of the beautiful details again (some that we didn't even get to see) without the stress that came with the big day. He arrived at the church an hour early to prep the cameras and mics. He was unobtrusive during the ceremony and stayed an hour after, getting people's recorded eulogies. He worked with my siblings overseas to get their prerecorded eulogies and had a live stream event. We now have a DVD commemorating the event . I would highly recommend Legacy Videography!

We paid David to start at 3:00 but after seeing our schedule (which had the wedding party getting ready at 10:00) he surprised us and decided to come at 10:00 "because he thought those moments should be captured". They were everything we wanted, and we are so happy with our photos. She was so fantastic to work with on the day of the photos, too. Our three-year-old was a little cranky, but she was patient and kind and made us all feel so comfortable. We're a blended family, and our oldest is about to move out of state for a job after graduating from college, so these photos were really important to us.
