I went today to get my car washed. I chose the best package that is offered - $10. After my car was washed I exited and I noticed that the soap was still on the car and the was no undercarriage done at all. I asked the attendant what can he do about it. He was very rude. He said" move your car. There is nothing I can do". I asked for a refund - he said no. i don't recommend this place. The service is terrible and also the employees are rude. read more

Cheap drive through car wash. The car wash attached to the gas station is a much better value. By the time your car is on the tracks the wash is over. However they charge $1 to use the vacuums and air. read more

This self serve car wash does accept quarters,credit/debit cards now ,but does not accept Apple Pay yet . Each stall is Slightly narrow aprox. 15ft by 30ft all due to location in where it's located . Has air compressors in every lane & also has vacuums in each lane . The reviewers were 100% correct about the attitude the workers give to their customers. The Polish men that work there still think they're in Poland and can yell at anyone they want. I was waiting in the self service line until 1 of the workers there came up to me and forcefully telling me to keep moving up. He pretty much shoved me near the guy washing his car in the booth. Like really? After I was done washing I pulled up to the exit line and parked there for 15 secs to put something back in my trunk (mind you it was pretty quiet at the time no one hardly washing) and this other guy literally yells (I kid you not) as if I was a kid "moveeee the caaaaarrrrr". Im like hold on I have to put something away. As I drove by I put my window down and told him to "relax, I am a customer and it was my first time here." All he says was "okaaayyyyyyy." Terrible terrible way to treat your customers. They dont care though. Its built in their dna to be aggressive like that. I grew up in norridge and always wondered how this self service car wash service is like. Definitely never coming back here. By far the most rude Carwash workers/owner. They barely speak English and all they do is yell at paying customers. I paid for self service that includes vacuum and self wash. As I pulled my car out of the overhead garage area to dry up my car they were yelling at me to leave the space. I paid to be here like everyone else does. Their vacuums are old and barely have any suction to them. You have to keep putting in quarters in to at least get a somewhat okay vacuumed car. Make your own opinion if you come here, but I would suggest and recommend going to another business that appreciates paying customers. read more

Pulled up for a vacuum and wash. After putting the money in, I grabbed the vacuum hose to find it was cracked to hell and gone. Holding it tightly with both hands gave it suction on par with my home vacuum. After a couple of swipes across the carpet, I gave up and decided to just pull into the car wash bay. I swiped my debit and chose the "pre-wash" option. :56 appeared on the digital read out, and I was stupid enough to think it was a glitch. Nope. 56 seconds in, it shut down. I grabbed my phone to check my bank account, thinking I didn't do something and the $3.50 charge just wouldn't be there at all. I was right--there was a $10 charge! For :56 of a wash. That added to the aborted vacuum was too much. (I can walk away from $1.50, fine. But $11.50 for absolutely NOTHING? Now I have to speak up..) I located a young man who was working there to ask for some help. I showed him how their vacuum hose needed a little tape for it to run; his reply was "It still works." I explained that I wasn't worried about the buck fifty, just wanted to let him know in case he didn't. (He clearly did.) Then I explained what had happened with the car wash. First thing he did was tell me the $10 charge was "the deposit". Ok, cool. "In a few days", it would be removed and replaced with the $3.50 car wash charge. That's a problem since I didn't receive a car wash AT ALL. He then asked if I'd like an under carriage wash with a car wash and I said that wasn't necessary; I just wanted the top half covered. He told me to pull around to the automatic wash for a $5 wash. I said that was kind and I did so. As soon as I pulled around HE DEMANDED $5 CASH! Lolololol Zero intention of refunding my money, zero intention of replacing my money with a wash on the house. Oh, no. This kid, this place, HUGE GROSS SHADY "business"! Run, don't walk. Even if you feel like vacuuming and washing your own car, DO NOT drive anywhere near this place. Find another location or, better yet, just go for a LEGITIMATE full-service business. read more

Their machines only take quarters, and their change machine only takes paper money. So don't go there with just a credit card. The bay is so narrow that I could not open my car doors all the way when using the vacuum. Then I paid $2.50 to wash my car, but the "high-powered soap" had no soap in it. I basically paid $2.50 to make my car wet. It's still dirty. So I left, and I won't be back. read more

That's the last time for this place!! Purchased gas today and decided to get a wash. I showed the carwash attendant my receipt for the wash. He was young and foreign speaking. I asked him for my receipt back and he rudely said to me that I should have told him in the beginning that I wanted it back. At this point my car started to automatically move forward in the car wash. I said to him that he should have asked me if I wanted it back. He took offense to my statement and started yelling at me as my car moved further along. I was hoping I would see him on the other end, but he didn't show up. As a matter of fact no one showed up to dry off the car. The sign say "towel dry". Just very ignorant people. I'm going to try the new Fuller car wash at Nagel and Lawrence. read more

Worst place ever. I pulled up. No one there. Finally someone tells me I need to pressure wash it myself. I did have sticky leaves on it. So I pay I don't know how much washing it myself first. But I wanted to get the wash and wax too. So pull my car to the main wash again. Waiting again in my car for an attendant. I must have pulled an inch too far and my car starts getting pulled into the wash. Why wouldn't the machine be set up where you have to pay before it starts? I keep getting pulled in even if I'm breaking. Biggest jerk ever comes out saying "How you go into car wash, you don't pay, how you go in? You think you don't need to pay?" I'm trying to hit my brakes and it keeps pulling me in, and the worker is yelling at me, aggressively. I was definitely yelling back, hitting my brake. Then another guy comes and takes my credit card, not asking what level of wash I wanted, and I don't think he understood my English for him to understand what I wanted. But I got through, and wrote this review immediately. Never again. read more

Very nice place, always clean and well kept, never had any issues while visiting this place. This car wash place has great self-service bays. Highly recommended, I visit it every other week. During the day there is always somebody going around and maintaining the place. read more

Been going to Norridge Car Wash for years. Never had an issue. Went this past weekend and my outside passenger window was torn off in the car wash. The lack of concern or care from the employee was more maddening than the actual tearing off of the mirror. They made it seem like a common occurence and dismissed me with a business card for a mechanic they work with. VERY disappointed by the attitude they gave me and the fact that they didn't even apologize. read more
