I went in today for the Executive Wash package, which was supposed to include: wash, vacuum, windows inside and out, dash and console wipe down, Armor-All on tires, spray wax, leather/vinyl conditioning, and a choice of spray-in air freshener. Unfortunately, the service I received did not match what was promised: * The windows were not cleaned properly and were left streaky and dried out. * My dashboard still had fingerprints and visible dust even after they claimed to wipe it down. * I was not asked for a choice of spray air freshener, which was supposed to be included. * While they did spray the tires, the plastic trim around the wheels was left oily and messy from the solution. For an upgraded "Executive Wash," I expected a thorough, detailed job, but instead I left disappointed. The quality and attention to detail did not justify the package price, and I would not recommend this service unless improvements are made. read more

I came in today with 4 BMW floormats and left with 3. One of the workers said in spanish "they stained it with bleach and tried to wash it in the washing machine". The front desk lady said she would look at video surveillance and give us a call back. I need my driver's side matt or someone will be paying $100 for my BMW floor matt and refund!!! First off, NO ONE WEARING MASKS. Then I pay for th $23 and gave a $5 tip...so I'm expecting good service. I didn't like they pulled me to pay so I couldn't see if all included in that price was being done. I was told it'd take about 15 minutes, but they were done in 10 ....which I didn't like. Two cars came in after me....and I think they were rushing. AND I called that the interior work was only OK. They were VERY NICE about it. But I hated having to drive back. Boyfriend left cans of pop in my car and due to the heat a few of them exploded. I was recommended by a family friend to take my vehicle here. Asked if they would be able to get the soda off the ceiling of the truck area in addition to a car wash. If it was too difficult to do, they would call me and let me know. Since they are a detailer, I figure they would do a great job. Charged me $50 dollars and we paid a tip. Got to car and still found missed spots and car is not cleaned. My boyfriend go there all the time for $30 his car came out nice and cleaned inside and out but the last time he brought my car in they did a horrible job. They didn't windex my inside windows or the sunroof the mileage dash,the seats was not clean...all still dirty they just cleaned the outside of my car. I was really disappointed. Took my car in for the #3 EXECUTIVE car wash yesterday, and thought it turned out decent (even though it was almost $30.) But, today I actually looked at it, and it's horrible. The windows have streaks, they didn't clean the door jamb, missed spots while vacuuming, barely wiped the center console, etc. It's also supposed to come with a leather treatment (not sure what they called it), but I don't think they did the front seats, and just wiped it on the back bench, not very evenly. I've taken it here before and noticed a few imperfections, but thought maybe they had a bad day, I guess I was wrong. One mistake, okay, but I feel like they were just careless. The owner was not there, so maybe his employees thought they could take the day off. I don't have a receipt so I didn't bother to call.. nor do I want to sit there for another 20 minutes with my hyper son.. read more

First time I came I had a stain from food in my car and they took me in same day (despite being busy) and got the stain right out without needing me to pay for a full detail. Dan is the most cooperative person and always willing to help. The staff does their best in the car and always gives advice on how you can fix what they were not able to. Their willingness to go above and beyond their jobs is amazing and makes me a lifelong customer. They're always willing to work with exactly what you're looking for. The prices are unbeatable and the service is immaculate. You need a quick wash, a detail, or anything in between they got you. Nobody that works there wears a mask and they mock you for wearing one. I took my car there today and while I was leaving I heard the worker say 'you're good to go corona'. That's unacceptable. They do an ok job cleaning your car. I always have to ask them though to clean some spots better but after today I will not be returning. I don't need to feel embarrassed for wearing my mask and protecting others during the pandemic. read more

The SLOWEST service I have EVER experienced! I literally just walked into my house after 1.5 hours at this place! When I pulled up to the waiting line there was ONE car in front of me, also waiting for a wash. Nice weather or not, ONE AND A HALF HOURS to wait for their basic #1 wash in absolutely insane. I used to live by one of the Norwood Car Wahses and they are always insanely busy and I never wasted this much time. If I could give zero stars I would. Let's start by saying I'm a bartender, I've seen my share of crazy irrational customers and disrespectful business owners. This is the latter. I paid for a car wash and to have my mats cleaned, they did neither. When I got my car back, the car had bugs and dirt on it, sand and dog hair in it, and they stained the dash with the spray the used. Then they argued with me that it's my fault that I didn't tell them about bugs and sand. Then I had to talk to owner and argue with him. Mind you all while embarrassing my 10 year old cousins. Losers. I let them keep the money and the tip the 25% tip they didn't deserve. Word to the current owner Daniel, next time you have an angry customer, do not argue with them. Just want to say that Danny, you are very kind and great with your customers. Keep up the great work with customer service. However, businesses nowadays rely on also the quality of work, too. Keeping customers satisfied is one thing, but you must back up your work. I visited today with my Dodge SUV. I came here for the first time last week with my wife's car. They did good with her car minus leaving the water streaking and not drying the trunk area and side of doors. My main question is why do we pay $10-$28 and not have the trunk vacuumed? So today I tried out my car because I'm considering getting their detail package along with ceramic seal. It's a GREAT price but today I've decided not to go with it anymore. My SUV has a hatchback. The small area (trunk) was not wiped down or vacuumed. The side of driver door and my middle console leather was left with a medium size white stain (I came home and used my Leather Cleaner "Mothers" and it came off perfectly). Lastly, my floor hook (where the weather tech mats fall into, was broken. I'm okay with accidents like that, but for you not to tell your customer about it and then place the hook back BACKWARDS, was even worse. Sorry you had to loose out on $250+ for my detail work, but this simple car wash wasn't near meeting standards. Keep up the customer service aspect but maybe pay more attention to their work. read more

I have been a long time customer through a few different owners and managers. This place used to do a fantastic job but the last few times they have left me with a bad experience. They forgot to clean the inside of my windows all together. I called and the manager said "Sorry, I will let the guys know." Not even a bring it back we will clean them...that was it. Then the next time they did a poor job and I spoke to the owner...who seems like a good guy...and he responded with an apology. He offered to have the car rewashed. The last time several spots were missed on the car. I understand that it is difficult to find good employees but it does hurt your business. Got my car a complete detail and as much as I loved what they did interior (had a lot of dog fur everywhere and they got rid of all of it) the exterior was HORRIBLE. They put wax on my car and it stained it! You see the sponge marks everywhere! I thought it would go away over time but nope! It's still there after 2 months. I even washed my car several times on my own afterwards trying to remove it. I'm very disappointed that I paid so much money and tipped well ($205 is what I paid to be exact) for something that seems to have damaged my car! Second off when I went to retrieve my car (btw I dropped my car off at 10am and it wasn't done until 4:34pm but, tbh I feel like it was ready for awhile they just never called me to pick it and and I had to ask them if it was ready) it was parked in some alley collecting dust.
