The service department waiting area was clean with ample sitting and a nicely stocked snack area. Fortunately, my car did not have the issue that the recall was about. They checked the mileage on my car and mentioned that they could indeed do an oil change if I wished but they suggested I wait until a had a few more thousand miles on it. Afterward I received emails asking that I complete a satisfaction survey as well as provide a free CARFAX report showing the short history of my new car.

I felt the price was way too high for what they did however, the manager called me and explained everything which was very nice of him.. I still feel that the diagnostic fee they charge, especially if you're having the work done there Is way way too much. I had no choice but to pay it being on the road. But I gotta tell if you buy a car from them I think they will treat you well. Very nice people to work with. Randy

We were in the market for an Expedition Platinum in Glacier Gray, which is a new color and hard to…read morefind. I visited a local dealer, but wasn't satisfied with their "Out the Door" price or the fact that I was left hanging for several days without communication. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Lee Ford and called. I spoke with Morgan and explained that I know what I want, have a quote from one dealer, another dealer still to call and was ready to make a purchase based on who could give me the best price. All 3 dealers had the exact same vehicle/options/trim package/MSRP so I was comparing apples to apples. Morgan was eager to help, gave me a price over the phone. I thanked her and told her that I still needed to call one more place that evening and she offered her personal cell phone for me to continue to be in touch, even after they closed at 7pm. I told her I would call back by the next morning at the latest. She said that she was off the next day, but please call anyway with our decision, whether she was getting the sale or not. Not wanting to call too early on her day off, I planned to call around 9/9:30 am. She called me at 8:10 to check in. Long story short, we got a substantially better price and at a dealer an hour closer to home in VA. I was disappointed that she could not at least match the lower price, as we would have driven the extra hour to give her the sale. We were so impressed by her willingness to be available after they closed that night and also the next day on her day off. I texted her after purchasing our new Expedition to thank her for going above and beyond to make herself available. She was happy for us, asked to see pics of our vehicle and told me if I had any questions about our new Expedition, to please feel free to ask. Wow! Morgan is genuinely kind and caring and impressed us so much! I would recommend her highly for everyone in the area.
