I was very pleased to find Legacy Plumbing who clearly had the best reviews for plumbing services in the Dallas area. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. Everyone we've had contact with, from the office staff to the technicians coming to do the work, is consistently nice, friendly, and professional. Today, we contacted Starnes because of a clogged kitchen drain, and they dispatched Brent to come and take a look. My wife and I both work from home and were on calls all morning, so we didn't even have a chance to do any precleaning or remove the items under the sink. Brent was very friendly, took care of moving everything and putting it back, and made sure that the drain was running freely. He asked if we had any other plumbing concerns, and after I mentioned the sink in the guest bath, he took a look. It turned out to be more of a design problem with the stopper that doesn't really have an easy solution, so we left that for another day.
