My company paid for an executive tier move from Illinois to Texas. Jackson was responsible for unpacking all belonging when in Texas. This was made clear and the reason I went with them as my wife and three children would be in Texas and have no support from me. During the day of offload, the movers showed up at 9AM. They were shocked I had 20K lbs of belongings. When 3PM rolled around and the truck finally empty, the movers thought they were going home. I noted to them that all boxes still need to be unpacked and items reassembled. They were upset as they wanted to go home, which I understood, yet there was still work to do. The movers then began opening boxes and dumping them on the floor/counters,etc. As this wasn't the service I paid for, I decided to tell them to stop and go home. Lastly, they broke a buffet (mover admitted to breaking it) and a TV, and they are trying to deny the claim! The below photo is 1 of 8 spaces. The internet tells you to go with a full service moving company over a brokerage firm. I paid $10K more to use Jackson Moving and Storage, and the end result was no better than a brokerage firm. Stay away from them!

The move from CA to NV was a nightmare. We used NAVL as a 3rd party company through a local mover in CA that I'd used for local moves twice before. I trusted them and trusted that our belongings would arrive safely and intact. That didn't happen. We knew our move was going to be costly since interstate moves are based on weight as opposed to by the hour. So, we were prepared for that. We did save money by packing about 90% of our belongings and letting the mover pack the rest such as my husband's office and the kitchen. What we weren't prepared for was what we found after boxes were opened that had been packed by the movers. Nothing but an illogical, disorganized mess. Nothing was packed properly, and a bookcase was completely destroyed. And when I say destroyed, I mean completely obliterated to the point where it had been broken in half! There was also a desk and wardrobe closet that didn't survive, and a box was not delivered to us. I contacted our move coordinator about what I'd found, and she sent me a claim form to try to recoup some of the damages. However, after reading the instructions on the claim form, and learning that I cannot replace any items until someone comes out to assess the damage, I decided not to file a claim. Especially since the total loss only comes to about $250; for a wardrobe closet, a $25 Walmart bookcase and a desk that was probably about $100. So, I don't want to waste anyone's time for such a paltry amount. We did end up with a refund of around $2,000 because of the materials I bought and much of my own packing I'd done. That being said, nothing should have been broken if it had been handled with more care. The desk and wardrobe closet survived 3 other moves, they should have survived this one, too. And the bookcase never should have been destroyed like it was. I was told it did survive the move; it was destroyed when it was placed in the storage unit we had to rent. We also know a box didn't get delivered to the storage unit. We've opened every box and cannot find the box I packed that had towels and a 3-tier glass corner shelf, and a bracket for my jewelry tree I'd wrapped inside. Fortunately, they can be replaced, but I'm still disappointed it didn't make it. Other issues included but not limited to: - I bought boxes, packing materials, and kits specifically for packing glasses and dishes, and other fragile items. Nothing that I bought was used. NOTHING. I opened a box and found everything I'd bought specifically for that was unopened. I had even asked at one point during the packing if the bubble wrap pouches, or the dish and cup packs were used, (I needed to use a few and couldn't find any) I was told yes, that they were all used. None were. NONE. Not one of the bubble wrap pouches were used to pack my dishes and glassware. They were supposed to be used specifically for glasses and plates and I found they had been simply thrown into other random boxes in such a way that they were useless to protect what they were put in with. - Cleaning supplies such as an unsealed can of Raid was packed with food! Rat poison was also packed in a box with items it never should have been packed with. Fortunately, it wasn't anything that needed to be saved. - Nothing was marked fragile that should have been such as the stemware that was packed by them. - None of my pots and pans were wrapped so one of my small frying pans got chipped. - My curtains were wadded up and shoved in a box and, for some bizarre reason, they smell like pee. I had to wash all of them. - All of the wardrobe boxes I packed were completely destroyed. All of our clothes were in a heap at the bottom of boxes that were crushed and smashed. I had to replace at least 2 dozen hangers because of that. - My 2 coffee tables were scratched and gouged. It's going to take a lot of time and elbow grease to get them back to how they're supposed to look. One wasn't even wrapped in a blanket. It was sitting on its side on top of a box when we opened the storage unit door. I could go on but I'm limited to a certain number of characters. The pictures speak for themselves. I do NOT recommend this company.

Left trash in yard, garden area, and driveway, (I saw someone eating a beef jerky stick and chips that ended up in our yard, along with other intentionally thrown packing and moving debri like rolled up bunches of tape in bushes, driveway, yard, throughout house, and such). They didn't even try to clean up as they went. They were Not careful with personal belongings when unloading and moving, they even STOLE a borrowed allen wrench tool, the entire experience was stressful and frustrating. We were supposed to be allowed to state where the boxes are placed (designated rooms) however boxes were being rushed into whichever room/place was fastest. When requesting to allow us to choose where boxes went some crew members got angry. We are still reorganizing boxes before unloading, which is taking much longer to complete. We understand wanting to be done fast but having to move boxes again later while juggling a toddler when they were supposed to be placed in the room we need them in is frustrating and very difficult. Several things like crating miscommunication, and disassembling/reassembly of furniture have put more pressure on us to have to complete ourselves than we were originally promised as well. We unfortunately ALSO have a list of damaged, cracked, and MISSING items still being added to. WHATEVER YOU DO, CHOOSE ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN THIS ONE!!!

Damaged furniture and lost times. The process needs overhauling to be of real service.

Scheduling the pack and move was not difficult at all. Each time I called or they called me, I was helped to the highest degree. On moving day, they packed and loaded up our things in a caring and timely manner. They were even able to disassemble, load, unload, and reassemble my baby grand piano (other movers contract this out). I was highly impressed with their courtesy and efficiency. We were very pleased with All My Sons and would recommend them to anyone.

The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

We'd gotten several quotes and, I'll be honest here, I wanted to go a cheaper route with a different provider. My wife, being the smarter one of us, stood her ground and insisted we use Absolute. She could tell by the attention to the quote alone that they were going to provide excellent service. The communication between the company and us before the day of the move was great. On the day of the move, they called us when they were on the way, they showed up when they said they would, the crew were all very polite and treated our stuff with care, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend them enough. As my wife said while standing her ground - "there are some things you just don't try to cheap out on!" I'll learn one day. Maybe.
