Destroyed my bikes wheel mounting tires then told me they would replace it which take a guess.... Never happened lol. Now I'm at my friends house who bought a Ducati from them and has to take it therefor service. I'm there when the bike is loaded and this bike is mint since he has another the bike that he rides most of the time. This is a showroom new looking bike! It magically get to there and he gets a call telling him the turn signal was off the bike hanging when it arrives there..... what? They then tell him it was loaded that way and they didn't do it! Well then if that was the case myself and my buddy are completely blind according to them and the driver for them NEVER MENTIONED IT OR WROTE UP ANY PAPER WORK STATING SUCH A THING, so they have obviously did it and wanted to not take responsibility for it. As someone who worked in the motorcycle industry for half my life this is super shady! For Christ sakes it's only a turn signal and your guy did this unloading it. Tell the bike owner and say you'll fix it for free instead of making it out like it came that way and you did him a favor fixing it which you were going to try and charge for!!!!!!!! I had a great expirience with warhorse indian this Sat from looking at their huge selection of motorcycles to the test ride with the store manager to purchasing my first indian the sales team was too notch through the whole deal. I havent had the chance to deal with their service department but i know they have a not so great reputation for repair work and timeliness of their repairs but the manger assured me they have gone through their service department hiring new team members to revamp the ir service department and he assured me that i should not have any issues so we shall see about that. I however will stand by their sales department and will reccomend them they truly took care of me and i left a very happy customer read more

Don't buy from this company. They do NOT stand by any of the products they sale, and the service department charges for work, the work fails and they DO NOT stand by their work. Spend over $2,400 for labor for the work to last no more than 1/4 mile. 8 months later we are still without our bike and our money. They are full of false promises, yet don't respond to phone calls. Great Indian dealership! Can't beat their selection and the prices are very competitive. Their service department really sets them apart. Gotta love walk in Saturday's for oil changes, inspections etc. The staff is very friendly and the place is just fun to wander around. They are known far and wide as having poor service and little to no reliability. I have been a customer of theirs on occasion over the last 10+ years and I can attest to that poor assessment. Their service department, although very expensive, are incompetent at best. Unfortunately they are one of the few Ducati and Aprilia dealers in the area. You may be stuck using them. Just be aware that you're experience will not likely be a pleasant one. Short story, years ago I took a motorcycle to them for an inspection. They said I needed a tire, but wanted to charge $100 over msrp. I tried to tell them the price was wrong, perhaps a typo in their system, they insisted that was the price. I even called another local shop, two jacks, and they confirmed that the tire should have been $280 instead of $380. They wouldn't budge. So I wasted my morning, took my bike without the tire, without the inspection, to the other shop and had it done there. I've heard stories of people buying Aprilia motorcycles from them that experienced oil leaks, the customer took the machine to them for repair, they claimed it was fixed, and when the customer told them it was still leaking oil they told the customer they overfilled the gas tank and it was leaking gas, it was clearly oil. Unbelievable. God help you if you deal with them. read more

This place is ridicules bought a used quad road it coupe times then a month later they told me it needed a hole new motor and can't forget that the first day I got it the front breaks gave out. Anyway they charged me $6500 to fix the motor and they had the quad for 5 months and I still don't have it back. They said I needed an exhaust so I bought one and brought it up first thing Saturday when they open guy told me it's an hour of labor yet they had all day Saturday to do they made the excuse that they had to take the whole thing apart to put it on so now they told me Tuesday you can pick it up at 6 before we close. The service department is so lazy and slow to fix shit it's not even funny. I highly recommend you do not buy anything or fix anything with them cause you will get scammed. This place is an absolute joke. These people up there are a bunch of scumbags only good guy up there is rich is the service department. read more

This place has gone down hill over the last few years. I remember coming here as a kid and thinking this place was awesome. Now that I have my own bike I decided to bring it in for a state inspection only to be told that it needed things fixed on it, "alright no biggie I knew there was gonna be something" they also mentioned that my bike needs a new battery so I said screw it if that's what it needs that's what it needs. Turns out they later they said the charging system wasn't working and that I basically just bought a new battery for nothing even though my old battery was about 2 years old. So I take my bike home and fix everything they said needed fixing because they weren't able to make an appointment for me at the time to do it. I also get my charging system tested and wow what do you know it works perfectly fine almost like it has a new stator and rectifier that was just put in. I then bring my bike back two weeks later after fixing everything and being confident that it will pass and what happens. "Oh we found more problems that were overlooked but need serious attention" The problems they found were my turn signals are integrated and not spaced out even though MULTIPLE people I know including family have the same setup and have never had a single problem with inspection, AND my right hand controls are now loose on my handle bars and spinning freely. Now they were a little bit loose I'll admit and they moved back and forth maybe less than a wiggle but I just didn't have a screw driver on me to fix it before inspection. So although I was not charged for the inspection I went out to my bike ready to leave and found my right controls freely spinning around the bars not a wiggle not a little movement, freely spinning. I have since had to figure out a way to get home with an un-inspected bike that doesn't want to move cause of a free spinning control. I will NEVER be coming back to North American Warhorse and will gladly be taking my business elsewhere The sales and parts teams at warhorse are awesome though, service just sucks read more

I have purchased 2 new motorcycles from them with a great sales team and finance department! Service is a joke. Unfortunately you can't speak with anyone except the guy working the service desk who appears to know nothing about motorcycles and couldn't answer basic questions. When I said it shouldn't be normal to have every seal and O ring in a water pump go bad on a "new" bike he said yeah, it's normal because you have 1,000 miles! Well the guy in the parts department didn't agree. You better know more than them about motorcycles when you take yours in and spell everything out for them. I will never be back and quite frankly the attitude I got from the service department says they will be more than happy not to see me again. read more

We came ready to buy three bikes. Jacob came back and said the bike we wanted already had a deposit on it. Then we chose another bike, 30 minutes later they said that one had a deposit on it also. We chose another bike (3 hours in) said that one also had a deposit on it. Then they tell us we aren't approved for now. These people didn't even run our credit. We're three Spanish men willing to put a large lump sum down. There was also another Spanish gentleman who was denied also. They didn't want our business for whatever reason. Very unprofessional place. If bikes had a deposit they should've put a pending sticker or put the bikes in the back. Mind you I had an appointment for a specific bike and yet he didn't email me saying it's not available smh. DO NOT go to these people. Had a problem every time. theyve had my polaris for almost 3 mounths. they have been giving me the run around. every time i ask when its going to be done they come up with an excuse . if it is not fixed soon . i will have to have it towed ,and fixed somewhere else. i would not reckamend anyone. if you need your machine worked on to take it there unless you dont care when you get your machine back. it could take mounths, and remember to always ask for all parts that they are taking off your machine so that you can make shore they are replaceing your parts. every part has vin numbers, and can be traced back to your machine . even the wireing. read more

I took a snowmobile that I had just purchased there and asked them to tune it up and give it a thourough going over. When I dropped it off there was a repair code flashing upon start up 10-9. When I went to ride it the same repair code was coming on. It was for a brake light not working. If there tech can't or didn't catch this on a full tune up it makes me wonder what they did exactly. read more

Sales department is decent. Finance team was great. They are what prevented this from being a one star review. Service department is another story. Ridiculous wait times for appointments. You need to call at least two to three weeks ahead of time before you can even drop your machine off. Other places in the area (Rusty Palmer's, Two Jacks, etc.) will get you in within a few days at the most. Also no after hours drop off. What gives, Warhorse? Once you've waited and they're finally ready to get to work on your machine, you're rewarded with sloppy workmanship. During an oil change on my jet ski they dripped/slopped oil onto the grip linings in the footwells/rear platform which was a huge pain to clean. Then during winterization the machanic forgot to torque down the spark plugs after removal - he left them in finger-tight - you can imagine the end result of that situation. Fortunately there was no real damage other than needing a new spark plug. I don't buy a brand new watercraft from a business only to take it back to their service department to have it treated like a POS. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. If you do buy from Warhorse I suggest you take your machine to another authorized dealer for your service needs. read more

The last time I was here was back in 2003 or 2004 when I rode down with my friends to watch the Starboyz and ride with Eric Bostrom who was also signing autographs. It was a memorable experience so it was disappointing to re-visit this place many years later to find out how unwelcoming this dealership has become. Hospitality was non-existent. No one greets you, no one asks if you need anything..just terrible customer service. I went to ask if they sold suomy shields and the guy just said no. They are very dry here. It seems most of them just stand around minding their own business and are oblivious to customers. Don't be fooled by the cool Ducati paintings and walls cause this place has about zero Ducati hospitality. The one positive note I can mention is they have a lot of different motorcycles on the sales floor. They sell Ducati, Indian, Harley, MV Agusta, Kawasaki...etc. The shop looks great but unfortunately the staff is lifeless. I probably wouldn't re-visit this place or buy anything here in the future. read more

It is really a warning for other customers so they dont waste their time driving there and trying to deal with their service department. Just because they tell you over the phone they will do something doesn't mean they will. REALLY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. And a gigantic waste of time. They make an appointment for a job - take your info - quote you a price - then when you go there they tell you whoops - sorry - we can't do what we said we would. and make up a lie.
