Great value!! The quality of the wash was great! This is the car wash with the most reasonable fee that I've ever been to!

Seems like a modern car wash. I did a couple cars through their Soft Touch line. You arrive and follow the excellent signs to whatever service you want. You use the kiosk to give it your credit card, order the wash you want. Then you move forward to the tunnel. At that point there are two workers there that will manually soap down spots of your car. When I drove my wife's Santa Fe Sport through her car wash came through awesome. A couple weeks later. I came in with my car. I ran my Rogue through. There were spots on both front windows not cleaned and corners of the tailgate that are concave in shape. I contacted the car wash through their web page and quickly got a call back that I was unable to answer. I also got an email so I responded to that. Showed them a picture of one of my car's missed spots. They seemed very interested in the feedback. They told me they made a change within tunnel and that with my feedback they adjusted some of the angles of things to provide a better wash. That was pretty much the end of the contact. I was pleased that they were willing to look into it and they really did seem genuinely concerned. Although I never asked for a re-wash I was quite surprised that they didn't offer it. Actually disappointed is the better description. The other issue I had was when I ran my wife's car through it came out with a certain pleasant odor which was just the polish product they use I think. I got the same level of wash for my car and there was no smell which makes me wonder if they even did the appropriate wash. I was wondering if the employee on duty just gave me a basic wash by accident. This really put me off. And I may be mistaken but I saw no way to verify that the wash I paid for was the wash I was getting. This was my first experience at this car wash. I'm at the point now that I'm uncertain whether I want to ever use them again. The services seem inconsistent, they miss spots, and don't stand behind their work. The picture I'm attaching to this is just one of the spots that was missed. It's the corner of the window. The horizontal clean drip marks is run off where the car was washed. I've never seen missed spots in a car wash before. ========================== EDIT:I was definitely contacted by the owner after this yelp review and invited to come back. He said he thought I was a regular customer with a subscription and figured I would just run through again. Although if that were the case I would have just gone in a circle right then and there. So regardless of the reason it is clear they do stand behind their work. I'll update the review when I manage to find time to bring the cars there again. read more

Decent car wash that is convenient to me. They have a variety of options for you to wash your car. I like that they have enough space that you can do your own thing on the side without feeling like you're in everyone's way. I've only gone through the touchless bc it's cold and I just want a quick clean. My only advice is to inch your way in and out. I made the mistake of not taking my time and going through too quickly in the beginning. read more

This used to be the Mr. Sudzy and has recently (in the last few months I believe) changed hands. I drive by every day and used to go out of my way to another local auto car wash because this one always left my car dripping wet after paying $10 for a basic wash. I decided to try it today as I had read some good reviews on a local Facebook group about how helpful the new ownership/employees were. I drove up to the auto wash and there was one vehicle being "serviced" by the attendant and one in front of me. It moved rather slowly because the attendant took some time to pre-soak each vehicle. I was looking for the pricing (which typically is posted in fairly large print at most car washes right outside the entrance to the car wash) but there wasn't one there ... at least I didn't see it but spend about 5 minutes "waiting" for my turn. As I pulled in, the pricing was on the attendant's "register" about the size of a letter sized piece of paper. Maybe their signage is still being printed since there's been a name and ownership change?? I usually just get the basic wash which was $10. The attendant took a few minutes to pre-soak my car before sending me through. As I exited, I noticed the "cover" to the drive side side mirror had fallen off in the car wash. It wasn't their fault as it was already lose because I hit the garage door opening one day and cracked it. Waiting for me right outside the exit was a young man there with towels ready to hand dry my car. I asked if they find it in the tunnel tonight if they could save it for me and I'll pick it up tomorrow. He happily offered to retrieve it on the spot for me. Luckily he found it and snapped it back on for me and carefully dried my car by hand. On top of that, he took notice that I had dropped my driver window down to speak to him and offered to wipe that down for me after I put my window back up after tipping him, of course, for his superb service. Did they change any of the mechanical components in the car wash as a part of this business sale/purchase? Probably not since my car was still pretty wet when I exited but their customer service (particularly the young man who dried my car) is what earned this 5 star for me. I will be back!! read more

It was too packed had to drive away. I'm guessing they were good considering how packed they were. It honestly wasn't worth my time waiting, to wash my car on a random Friday afternoon. They should have considered the spacing when building because it was not functional. I have used the car wash location repeatedly and have always been happy with the price, convenience and efficiency. Today, the owner "Ann" had personally witnessed an important item i had left behind while cleaning my car. I drove away without realizing I had left it behind. Ann saw that I drove away leaving it in the parking lot. She grabbed the item and secured it in her office and awaited my inevitable return. I was extremely grateful that someone had taken the time to ensure my property would get back to me. It made me realize how much pride she takes in her business. I usually go to Minit Car Wash in Middleton. I had to go to Stop & Shop and decided to get my car washed at North Andover Car Wash. I got the basic $10 wash and you would've though I got the top of the line wash. From the beginning of the incredibly friendly guy who took my payment and helped me line up in the tunnel he then proceeding to hand scrub my car with such care before I went through the tunnel. Then after I went through the gorgeous multicolored tunnel I was met on the other side with another incredibly nice man who hand dried my car so I didn't leave with any wet spots. He took his time to ensure he didn't miss a spot, the work was absolutely incredible. I will highly recommend this car wash to everyone I know. Thank you so much! read more

Went early on Sunday morning. No one else was there. One guy explained almost every option. Very helpful. The pre-washers were great. The car wash was great. The two guys that wiped the car off after were great. The only disappointment was the self-vacuum. The inside of the car was pretty dirty but the vacuum - of the ones in the back of the Car Wash, the one on the right - really didn't pick much up. I ended up picking stuff off the rug and throwing it out of the car. I would return and I'd use a different vacuum. read more

I went to this car wash and have never had a better wash. It's a little pricier but well with it. I also spoke to the owner Bob who told me my Audi convertible would do fine in the complete was (I used touchfree) as he knew the pressure and everything. I highly recommend this place and even though it's out of my way I will return! They also have set your car afterward to ensure no spots! A gem ! read more

Picture this: You're tired, stressed, a little hungover and finally arriving home after a 6 hour car ride to find your (once shining snow-white car) to be a completely different color... brown and black coated with 7 months worth of pollen, beaten by the unforgiving winter and spring of North Andover. After an additional two months of procrastination, I decided it was time to get a real car wash (for the the lowly "no touch" car washes were unable to de-scum this mess). Pulling into North Andover Car Wash & greeted by the lovely and resilient Ann and her trusty employees Bobby and Saul, the intimidating mess was no stress to these hard workers. In a matter of 10 minutes the dirt built up over an entire year was gone, and my car was once again sparkling and beautiful. The dried pollen was no match to these three friendly beings; and what a joy they were, cracking jokes and offering their kindest words and best wishes for our upcoming semester and long drive. I recommend this car wash to anyone and everyone, for all other places look pathetic compared to this cleaning connoisseur. I will definitely return once I am again home from upstate, with another pollen and mud filled mess that NA Car Wash will rid of with no hesitation. read more

Under new management.... for the BETTER! I've been to this car wash before the mgmt change and you get out with your car soaking wet and wheels looking like you never went in. I met the new owner Ann, very nice and courteous. Explained all the different washes, I went with the priciest one because my wheels were gross. Car came out SPOTLESS/DRY.... wheels and all! I'm kind of crazy when it comes to washing my car (close to once a week) so I usually do it myself, however I will definitely be coming here more often!! If you haven't been since the new owners took over, take a ride through and you won't be disappointed! read more

I stopped here today after work. My car was covered in bird droppings. I'm talking disgusting. This happens to me every year. Unfortunately my assigned spot has a tree right over it. Ugh! Anyway, I was going to just pull into a bay and wash it myself because it needed to be scrubbed. I realized that I needed change as the change machine only takes $1's, $5's, or $10's. I walked over to the office area and asked the woman if I could get some smaller bills for the machine. She was the most pleasant person I have dealt with in a long time. In talking with her she convinced me to try the basic car wash. I explained how disgusting my car was and she assured me, as the owner of the business, they would scrub it clean. For $10 I figured why not. It would probably cost me that much in quarters by the time I did it myself. Not only did she and a very nice gentleman do an amazing job scrubbing all of that off but then I was greeted with another nice man at the end who towel dried my entire car by hand.
