If you do not have a brand new car, this place is good. If your car is in really good condition, avoid this place. It will make micro lacerations on your windshield and on your paint job. INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING!!!! After look around for a good car wash I come upon Auto Spa from reviews I've seen and was the only one around my area with the highest review. Took my car in for their ultimate wash then went to get it vacuumed afterwards. Not until I got home to give it a nice detail did I notice a bad scratch and small dent on the passenger side front bumper/fender. I've only had this car for 6 months and already I have a noticeable scratch on my car. I would go back and complain but I know they would go ahead and blame it on something else that caused the scratch when I was on my way home. I tired buffing it out as much as I can but it's still pretty noticeable. I would recommend anyone who goes to this location to thoroughly inspect your vehicle after the car wash incase this ever happens to you. I'm definitely not going back and will be washing the car myself from now on. read more

Their sign says $30 for the Express Detail Service; but when it was my turn they announced the price was $35 - apparently SUVs are $5 more (not clearly indicated anywhere); but more to the point, they consider my tiny Honda HR-V to be an 'SUV'. I wonder if a huge Buick sedan qualifies as a 'car'? I fussed about both the subjective terminology and their signage, and they kindly dropped the price to $30. Service seems otherwise OK. Recommend that they update their signage, though. read more

Zero stars for the Auto Spa. Three members of my family have had monthly car passes for over five years. Two weeks ago my wife went through the carwash and the passenger side mirror cover was ripped off, breaking a tab that holds it on. After repeated calls to Vin (the owner), who never returned my calls, I stopped by o. Saturday and was told by the Manager that Vin was out of town. As I was pulling out guess who was in fact in town and pulled in? Yep. Vin! He quickly blamed the mirror cover on my wife and refused to do anything more than jam the cover back on without a precise fit. I asked what he would like to do as a resolution. His response was to do nothing. I asked him to split the $200 repair with me. His response: no. I decided to cancel on the spot and that wS that. Over $5k spent and he decided to blame me for what would have cost him $100. Don't expect any customer service at the auto Spa. Too bad bc all of the staff, with the exception of the owner, have been great. Time to take my business elsewhere! read more

This used to be the best car wash business in the area but the level of service has dropped considerably over time especially if you want the detail service. Musty towels were used to wipe the inside of the vehicle leaving it with a nasty odor. The floor mats are barely clean and the center console is untouched. I like Vinny and the guys. It's a car wash, people, not a valet and chauffeur-- I'd think they are pretty popular; it's always a couple of weeks to get an appointment for a detailing. If there's something that wasn't done that you think should have been, just ask. It's possible they have to refer the issue to someone to get it done, but be patient. Summary: Excellent value for a great detailing job. Car details: 2010 CX-9 SUV that has seen almost 10 years' worth of use via 2 children, 1 dog, many friends, and several trips to the beach. We rarely wash the car and have never cleaned the rims. We opted for the highest level of service the 5-Star complete detailing for $239.00 (large size SUV). The car came out in showroom condition. I purchased the detailing for my wife for Christmas and she was amazed at the results. Having surveyed a number of other options, I found the Auto Spa's prices to be the lowest. I was not expecting the car to look so good (interior and exterior) as they must have spent many hours cleaning this well used vehicle (dropped off first thing in the morning and picked up at 5:00 PM). I love the odor of wet dog as much as the next guy, but it sure is nice to have that fresh, clean smell.The shop has a few large bays so the work was performed with cold, wet weather outside. Location was convenient. They charged me for a five star treatment when I did not ask for one, meaning it costed $100 more than expected. They said it would be 4-5 hours, but it took 6.5 hours and my seats were still wet. They told me they couldn't do my trunk and gave no discount. I went my 1st time and got a basic.......they don't even wash the wheels. When i complained they were rude and said I did not buy the wheelbrite! When I offered to buy it they said I would have to pay for another wash plus the wheelbrite....The car was still wet from the last wash!! I had the $119 four-star detail done. They say this is the option where they wax and do a detailed cleaning inside and out, minus shampooing of carpet and upholstery. The door jams were not sufficiently cleaned; i had to go over them myself with their rag. Parts of the interior still showed dust, even though it had not been very dusty to begin with. The tires were not shined, although to be fair, I'm not sure whether this was part of the package. They did not vacuum the trunk; I had just a few items in the trunk which were not even moved, and there were twigs and pieces of leaves inside. Somehow they managed to completely soak everything that was in the trunk; what a mess I had to clean up! I just hope I don't get mildew growing in there. The whole process took 2.5 hours, and I can't imagine why. For $119, I expected a lot more. I had used them once a couple of years ago and wasn't happy then, but thought I'd give them one more try. I will not use them again. Prior to trying Auto Spa, I had used a place in Reading, MA, a couple of times. Each time, they did a fabulous job for less money.
