The touchless car wash is $14.00 and it doesn't clean your car. I should have figured that out when they flashed up the option to pay an additional $3.00 for an extra wash to remove bugs, etc. It certainly didn't get all of the mud and dirt off my car, windows and wheels. In addition it managed to remove one of the magnets I had on the back of the car even though I've been through other car washes which didn't do that so I didn't expect Id have to remove it in order to get through the car wash with it on the car and of course there is a nice dirty outline of where it used to be on the car. Overall, the touchless wash is good. You can purchase add-ons but the water sprays are a bit weak compared to some others that I've used. Nice and clean area. Would be 5-star if the price isn't so expensive and the water pressure is a bit stronger. Overall I'd recommend this place. Have not tried the tunnel but they also have 4 self-service wash bays. read more

Unfortunately I went there to vacuum my car and when I arrive decided I would splurge and get a wash too. When I pulled out there was such an overwhelming amount of cars in the vacuuming bayo that and zero organization. People were parked taking up two vacuums because it was unclear of where to park. It was so bad I ended to leaving and taking my vacuuming elsewhere. Granted, it was 70 degrees out in the middle of winter so maybe things are better run during the regular car wash season. The customer service was good and the prices weren't too bad. No one towel drying at the end though which is a shame they don't offer because water spots are real. read more

Tried the Touchless Wash - one of the best if not the best in the North Shore. There's multiple add-ons available (Triple Pre-Soak, Ceramic, Bug-off, Salt Neutralizer) and the spray pattern is very thorough. I bought the top package with most add-ons to have a better understanding of their offerings. (I just started a new job here, so wanted to know what my options were with battling salt for the winter) The overall wash pattern is generally very thorough. Timing of the various chemicals is consistent, with generous applications of soaps and waxes. A note to take is that the under wash is amazing since it not only sprays the rocker panels, but also features a sprayer that you drive over to rinse off salt. I've only seen this at the Somerville No Touch Car Wash, but it's most of a mist than spray. It is somewhat pricey, but competitive with other washes. To be mindful, I must mention that touchless washes are for those who choose to avoid the swirls caused by tunnel washes and choose to maintain their paint very well (hand washes and protected paint). NO TOUCHLESS WASH WILL CLEAN A NEGLECTED CAR. I did not try the tunnel wash, but the equipment looks very new and fully functional. read more

I went to get my Subaru Legacy washed. I put 2 5 dollar bills in the slot. I went in and out twice and nothing happened. Then I noticed a vehicle behind me. I back out. That vehicle went in. I finally made contact with the owner via a Marcus. I explained to him what happened. He was asympathetic. He apparently had video cameras and was able to 'see' the my actions. He said that when I backed out, the car behind me got a 'free car wash'. I told him the office was closed and no one could assist me. I ask for my money back($10). He refused. He said it was my fault. I then ask if we could split the cost. Hi answer was no. I hung up. read more

Very poor customer service. Had my car washed this am. As soon as I drove away there was a strong smell of ammonia with and without my air vents open constantly as I was driving. Same smell persisted with all windows open. After 2 errands and no change I drove back to report this. Todd,? If owner, responded that they do not use ammonia and suggested it was my fault- maybe "I had something in my car." He was off putting and did not show any respect or offer advice. After more than twice intimating it was my concern not his I got quite put-off and told Todd that "you do not blame the customer". #customerservice101. Evidently he has enough business to act this way. An added aspect is I am a senior citizen and a woman. I am of the mind if my 6'6" son In law came around with the same complaint the response from Todd would have been entirely different. I'm very particular about where I take my Cadillac to get washed. I've been going here for years, and have never had a problem! Always provided with quick and easy service, never experienced any scratches or damages to my car. I've interacted with the owner multiple times, great guy, always able and willing to help when it comes to vacuuming, questions, etc. Definitely the only carwash I'll ever go to! I will never go back to this car wash. I was waved on into the tunnel but given no direction as to how close or far off I was lining up my tire With the track so I ended up bumping into the side rail. The owner or manager, whoever he was came out of his little office flipping out waving his arms and swearing, told me I'm lucky I didn't break his equipment (bumping the metal rail with a rubber tire) if there wasn't a car right behind me I would have backed out and left. Went through the car wash and it blew a piece of my wheel well off my car. When I informed them, they duck taped the piece back on my car and basically told me they weren't responsible. They didn't even offer a refund for the wash or a coupon for future wash (not that I would ever go back) but it would have been the professional thing to do. This place does an excellent job for a relatively low price, my car comes out absolutely spotless every time. They have a good selection of products and procedures they can do for different prices. (I recommend the Managers Special, for $15 your alloy rims and disc brakes look cleaner than when you bought your car). They have a regular cloth, automated touchless and several self drive-in bays. The great thing is the automated and self ones are open 24 hours, in case you desperately need to clean your car at 3 am! read more

This review is for the highest quality no touch car wash. I love the fact that no people are involved. You just pay at the machine, drive in, and enjoy the show. It is a show! I love the sounds, textures, and patterns of the water and cleansers. It is a pretty trippy experience! Very colorful and peaceful. A productive but enjoyable activity! I've been at least 5 times. Have been to this car wash several times. Each time there is soap left on my vehicle when I finish the drive-through. This time I asked the attendant if he had a hose or some water to help rinse off the remaining soap from my vehicle. In a very obnoxious and non-customer friendly way he told me, "it happens to everybody". And then he told me there was nothing he could do to help. He looked at me and said "what do you want me to do, soap is on everybody's car after they go through"... then I asked for the manager and he said he wasn't there! Probably good for the owner to know that I will never bring a vehicle to this car wash again. I have been bringing two vehicles there each week and getting the volcano wash. That's $48 in revenue every week this place will not be getting any longer just because an idiot attendant wouldn't bother getting soap off the side of the car after the car wash! Done! read more

I would not go there again. The OWNER would not run the car through a second time after I showed him the residue on the hood and roof did not come off. He said I neglected the car and needed to take it to a detailer and have it buffed off because it was baked on. I even took a little water and rubbed it showing it was removable but he insisted it would not come off. I live 2 minutes from his business, it took me 5 minutes to get out car wash equipment (soap, brush and water) cleaned, rinsed and drove back to show him he was wrong and ask for my money back. He asked if I was going to pay for his soap and water, I replied your car wash didn't clean my car. I don't know how he's been in the business 17 years (as he said) with such poor customer service and attitude. Won't be going back. read more

They are friendly, conscientious people who are willing to help and the prices and services are reasonable, with gift certificates available.
