Then after I started my loads I went to the vending machine i got a bag of Doritos paid 1.50 for the 25cent bag of chips I ate a chip and it tasted like car engine oil I immediately stopped chewing and checked the date on the bag it say Expires July 4, 2023 . Today is September 29th. I then spit that out immediately they better pray I don't get sick if i do I'm suing!!!! I then proceeded back to my clothes because at this point I'm ready to get out of here!! Now as I'm watching the machine it looks like the inside rim is molded. Hmm where do I start…read more Got here around 11:30 ish There was no attendant to be found Somebody told me they should be here around noon..ok I started to unload my laundry bags into the machines (which are pretty pricey) And started a few loads with the detergent I had bought from home Noon came 12:30 then 1 o'clock No attendant I just started washing with what I had and made it stretch. During this time there was no TVs on no music..just the games they had in there going off every 5 seconds which was an annoyance..I had to use the restroom but guess what .. the doors were locked..gessh I had to go to La Michoacana to use their bathroom. I am sort of a novice when it comes to laundromats. This is my second time in life having to use…read morethem. This particular place is large and very clean. Machine operability I would rate a 3 out of 5. The plus side to that is that they have many. I came once on a high traffic day and it wasn't that bad. I was still able to get my laundry done but my machines were just spreaded out. The staff I would give them 4 out of 5 stars. They are pretty much friendly and helpful. The only thing for me is the language barrier. A couple of ladies were really helpful with the machine. Usually there are families who are here together getting their laundry done so expect many children running around screaming and playing. Kids are just being kids. The ONLY gripe I have about this place is that people are always saving the folding tables when their clothes aren't even done washing. So people whose clothes are dry, we can't use the tables. That just doesn't make sense to me. Literally there are like 9 or 10 folding tables. All of them were being used except for 4 and those 4 were being saved with items until their clothes were dry. There should be a policy in place for this.
