Typically this would have been nice, but yesterday made for a sweltering laundry experience. It's pretty clean, and have limited options in their vending machines and a bathroom. It is definitely on the expensive side (I was shocked at the cost of 2 not huge loads of wash) although to be fair I haven't been to laundromat in a while, so maybe the price is actually comparable.

I usually try to get here early to make sure I get in and out before the crowd starts to come. The small parking lot can fill up pretty fast if don't get here early. The parking is crazy and be sure to get there in order to get a cart for your clothes. This is one of my fav places to come to wash and dry my clothes. Nice location and friendly attendants. They tried to make sure it's clean for their customers. I've never had an complaint since coming here in 3 years. The washers and dryers always seems to work properly.

He was friendly and polite , and I'm just so happy to know that there is someone available if there's any issues with the machines. I'll def return and wash here! What a 180 with the service here. Only issue is ppl are messy there at times but they clean daily there. Some customers just don't clean up after themselves.

Unfortunately, even though this location is walking distance from my house, I won't be returning. One of their washers completely ruined all of my dress clothes. Of course, they had signs all over saying they werent responsible for ruined clothing, so I called the number to see of they would at least give me my 1.75 back from the broken washer that ruined my clothes. Nope. Wouldn't even pick up the phone. Conveniently for them, they don't have any attendants working there and they can choose not to deal with their customers. So, other than that...their quarter machine is out of order at least 50% of the time, their dryers are a rip off (.25 cents for 6 minutes of dry time), and their washers are over priced. Since it used to be convenient, I didn't mind these aspects. But then their washers ruined my stuff. I'm guessing because they don't care about their place, which is fine. But I'm not about to spend money for a mediocre laundromat.

There aren't many laundromats near me that aren't coin-operated. Many take only cash, quarters, or…read morehave you download an app which is a pain. However, at Sunrise Laundry all you have to do is buy a laundry card for $1 and you can load the card by using cash or a credit card which is super convenient. They also have a TON of washers from all different sizes- small ($3.25), medium ($6.75), large ($8.75), and extra-large ($10.75). They even have a quick wash option if you are in a rush. Dryers are HUGE and cost only $1.60 per cycle for 30 minutes. I typically use two cycles for the dryers even with a lot of clothes in them. There aren't "bad" washers or dryers either, they all look well-maintained and newer. The only downside is that you have to wait for the 30 minutes to end before you can add more time to the dryer cycle. It's not really busy to where you have to wait for other people to finish their laundry in order to do yours. I go during the week in the earlier part of the afternoon and see three to four other people typically. The staff is really friendly and super kind. They are constantly sweeping, mopping, cleaning each machine, and keeping things really tidy. They have a vending machine selling cold drinks, including another vending machine with laundry products. Sunrise Laundry has been really great for me and I love that I can do all of my laundry in a few hours.

I guess the hoses for hot water and cold water must be crossed, but, no because I had a load of darks that I picked cold and it was just as ice cold as the hot ones. I guess the owner thinks everyone is stupid. I realize they want to save money on their hot water bill but come on! They literally just stole my money.
