It's true, they have everything you need right there which makes this a very reliable and accessible laundromat. I highly recommend downloading the Tide Laundromat app which makes it super easy to load money onto your account and pay for laundry services. You have to load a minimum of $10 which isn't bad since I only paid around $4 to wash a medium sized rug and I think about .75 cents to dry (.25 cents for 6 minutes and .25 extra for each minute). They keep the place very clean so I felt comfortable bringing my laptop in and getting some work done while I waited

This was a big inconvenience for me and although I understand it was late, I always do my best to be mindful and get everything done waaay before closing time. The machines are in good shape. I needed to choose hot on 2 of the loads..both wash and dry. I've been places where they run out of hot water..not here. The dryers were truly hot as well. The plaza that it's in is a multi business plaza..so there's lots of traffic, but there's always parking close to the Laundromat.

As soon as the two other ladies left, the woman who worked there just turned off all the lights without a word! I was in middle folding my clothes and was packing to leave. I wasn't sure if they had simply locked up for the night with me still there! I had to go looking for the woman who worked there. When I asked if she could at least turn on a couple lights for a few minutes, so that I could at least see. The response I got was no. It's simple customer service to give customers a fair warning before turning off the lights! Oh, some of my clothes fell to the floor in the dark. I had to take them elsewhere to rewash them.
