North Bellingham Golf Course is an absolute delight for golfers of all skill levels. The course offers a fantastic layout with some delightful surprises, remaining straightforward until the wind picks up and transforms the experience into something entirely challenging and unique. 70$ to walk 18 and play on diseased and unkept greens with holes everywhere. Fairways are nice that's all I have to say.

Awesome course. I really like the layout of course has pretty much everything to short par3s doglegs left and right water and fescue hazards. Has a range to warm up chipping and putting area. Pro shop has basic needs just in case you need anything. What I really like about the course is the condition, the fairways, and tricky greens. Will play again and again. read more

The course itself was in very good condition. BUT, just under 3 hrs. to play 9 holes with an early afternoon tee time was ridiculous. No marshal on shift to monitor the pace of play. The proshop di give our foursome rain checks for 9 holes, but it will take some thought as to whether we want to use them. read more

Had a lovely buffet lunch with my sorority sisters in a beautiful room off the bar. The lasagna was delicious and all dishes were hot. The views were outstanding and I'd come again. If an event make sure to have table clothes and cloth napkins plus coffee tea included. Our event chair didn't and it made the function tacky and costly for her. A hidden gem and check out the fancy toilets heated seats. read more

Northwest Washington is known for its excellent golf value and North Bellingham is known for its well manicured, links-type layout. The combination of the two makes for a winner. The wind is a factor here and effectively narrows the fairways and shrinks the fast greens making this a real players course. There are more single-digit handicaps and scratch players here than any other course I have visited. You must hit good shaped shots and your short game must be sharp to get the ball close to the flags on these undulating greens. If you don't care to improve your game then you can play anywhere but, this is the kind of challenging layout you must play on a regular basis if you want to improve your game. read more

Our daughter had her wedding here and we found the staff and venue to be excellent and very accommodating. The event food was excellent and we would also recommend the restaurant as a place to eat if you are in the area, the food is reasonably priced and of excellent quality. This location is a "hidden-gem" in the area if you are looking for a event location, a bite to eat and by the look of it a round of golf, although I didn't have time for a round this time but will visit again to take in a round! read more

Love the course, but the kitchen staff is a joke. No hospitality unless you know someone and all the waitresses were rude and lazy I'll never order food or a drink from there again. What a joke read more

My friends said to try NB one more time. What a fiasco! After five hours, we walked off having only played 12 holes. There were up three groups waiting to tee off on some holes and as much as thirty minutes for each hole to be played. Evidently, they tried to run a tournament on 10/28 and send non-tournament groups out as well. That doesn't work. read more

The course is in great shape and also very forgiving. That being said the price for this course is a bit high. For a public course and lots of waiting for slow play, the cost is way too high priced. There are some very good courses for less $ in this county. We are very lucky to have such good courses. They definitely need a marshal on this course to control some very slow play. The best deal going is the $400 birdie membership which severely reduces the cost of your rounds. Kudos to the groundskeepers for they do a very nice job. read more

I've been a member at North Bellingham (Par for one and Birdie for two years) for about 4 years now. I think this is one of the best-draining​ golf courses around with very good membership rates, green fees and practice facilities (driving range, chipping green with a sand trap, putting green). Driving by this course off the entrance on Smith Road you can see a few of the holes. It looks pretty flat and pretty straight-forward, but don't let it fool you. This course is challenging. It's a moderate length, links-style course. The front nine is different than the back. When the wind picks up (and it often does), it plays like a different course. If you're thinking of playing this course for the first-time, I would recommend downloading their app (if you have a smartphone​) and getting the Par membership for $109 USD. It includes two free rounds, points towards a free round and discounted golf. I try to get out to play 2-4 times a month and every time it plays a little different. I never get bored of this course. read more

The driest course in Bellingham. Good service, good food. Greens maintained pretty well. Staff knowledgeable and helpful.

We traveled far to play on Monday 10/9/17. The fairway and greens were in good condition, but near the green areas were punched and sanded heavily. Many tee box areas were punched and sanded as well. The check-in was one the worst in our decades of golf experience. One guy was hiding in the office while there were four groups of people waiting. He finally came out carrying a very bad attitude. The guy on duty was extremely rude. They both need to take serious customer service training or find other jobs where they are allowed to scold paying customers. When your first point of contact at the pro-shop was so unbearable, it worsened your whole experience. read more

Fun golf course to play. The greens are in excellent condition all year round. If you by a yearly membership the price for golf is dramatically reduced depending on the package you purchase. A links style course that can get very difficult as the wind comes up. They have a great practice facility, range, putting green, and chipping area. read more
