Pro tip, slow down and try to do this from a computer and not your phone. The employee at the desk was kind and provided me with enough credits on a card that would be similar to the cost if I had chosen that option. Auto pitch machines are first come first serve. Thankfully it wasn't too busy so we hand the cage to ourselves until my kid tired out. It's nice to go to a facility that is climate controlled so we didn't freeze while practicing. Nice and clean and very helpful staff.

It could be that John and Lisa treat you warmly, and professionally as if they were your personal coaches and friends... and that the whole team (regardless of class or level they choose to focus) is friendly and supportive without exception (and every one of them showing results!)... or that there are tons of classes all at realistic times to choose from. Additionally, there is TONS OF SPACE and equipment. Every day is a brand new workout...some old moves some new, but an AWESOME variety with booming sound system to keep it popping! Best yet, you start with a personalized assessment, and are encouraged to have correct posture in every level up to CrossFit, which you can progress to quickly, slowly or just stay in a class you are comfortable with. SO important. My knees have always been an issue in other gyms-- not here! Johns' eagle eye notices when there's a problem and he corrects the move to be pain free! No pressure! Late or skipped a class? No pressure (except from yourself to not miss a moment). This is an experience and John and Lisa, and their fellow coaches, are working every day to up it. I went here for the one day belaying lesson at the climbing gym. I picked this place as they offer…read morelessons at more affordable price (65 CAD) compared to the the other competitor within Greater Vancouver area. Climbing shoes, harness, and grigri rental is included in the lesson price. The instruction given was clear, and helpful. They also tested me by purposely doing things wrong (grigri on the wrong side, the rope is too long, etc), and asked me to verify that everything is good to go. I got the chance to belay the other lesson taker, and the instructor would pointed out what habit I need to fix. After the lesson, I got a piece of paper to review what I learned today. I also got a bit of free time to climb on my own. 7 days trial is included in lesson so that you can climb and practice more. The oval climbing gym offers bouldering (small section), lead, and speed climbing. Pretty solid climbing gym in my opinion!

One son went alone, had to drive with the other boy . The double car ran out of gas after one lap and we were dead in track. They came to help us, but we were lapped twice by other cars and them they stopped everyone and the clock and got is new car. Started again and ended very quickly. I asked if we got full time and they said yes , because they stopped clock, problem is it took about 1:30 to stop it. When you only get 6 minutes at that crazy price. If they can't keep gas in cars then you should get another turn. Disappointed and would not go back or recommend .
