I purchased a Solaire 320TSBH from Travelcamp early December 2022; when I first started looking at…read morecampers there all the salesreps were working with a manufacturers rep; I just kinda cruised the lot abit and really didn't see anything that was making me want to pull the trigger. As I was casually walking around a Travelcamp employee (April O'Leary) walk by and asked if I needed any help and explained why the sales reps were tied up at the moment, so she put off what had brought her outside and kindly gave me a tour of what they had that might fit what I wanted. The last unit she pointed out was the 320, the design of the 320 doesn't leave much to preview wiyh the slides but I could tell it had the potential of what I wanted. We discussed getting the 3 slides out while I went to eat lunch, when I came back April met me at the front door and we went and toured the 320; it was everything I was looking for. After that I made several follow on visits to the dealership to walk through the unit again and be sure. On the last day someone had decided to buy that unit which worked out well because I mentioned the 320 the Ocala dealership had which had a couple of features the one I had been looking at didn't and April assured me that she could get that one from Ocala to Melbourne for me; win win for me. After giving Travelcamp a deposit they facilitated the transfer of the 320 to Melbourne at which April and I did a walk-through of the unit, she took notes of the very short list of things that needed to be resolved before I would close on the unit. The closing day, I met April & Jerry at the dealership to do the final walk-through and close on the unit. I could've save a small chunk of money by traveling a short distance and picked the 320 from another dealership, but the interactions with April throughout the entire process from walking onto the lot through the sale, April's punctuality and wiliness to listen instead of just selling made me a just want to buy the 320 from her at that dealership. If you're ever in the market and near Melbourne, stop in and see April, she is as genuine as they come, listens to what you have to say and doesn't know how to put pressure on you. I hope that I will need to buy another camper soon and she will still be!

He was knowledgeable, patient, supportive, personable, and reasonable. He was absolutely stellar during both the negotiation process and the closing process. Samantha, who did the walk through the day of my delivery was also awesome, sweet and thorough. I was running 2 hours late (out of my control) and she was flexible and kind about it, showing me nothing but smiles and grace! She even set my puppy and I up to stay the night in their lot, since my drive that night was going to be 4 hours and I was exhausted. Safety first with this bunch! Ryan, who not only perfectly installed my weight distribution hitch (with several roadblocks due to my negligence with a trailer hitch key AND my tardiness) but also went above and beyond with sharing his personal RV experiences/tips/tricks. His technical expertise was comprehensive and meticulous. He was also SO loving to my puppy, who I had to bring with me that day...making sure she stayed cool in my truck. Even when he was finished with the job, he brought her water and love while I was inside with finance. He walked me through my entire list of questions that I had the next day, still tweaking a few things to make sure my rig was perfection and that I understood every nuance. Now that is incredible customer service! I also want to through props to Tom! While on site, I had some mechanical issues with my new truck (which was my tow vehicle). He went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive home, as well as taking his precious time (it was past closing time) to educate me on the problem, how to remedy it, and how to discuss it with my mechanic who sold it to me...making sure I understood their liability and how to approach the situation to be successful. GRATEFUL! This is a long review because I am still feeling SO much gratitude for my experience with General RV in Winter Garden. I feel like not many customers get to say that after making a major purchase like this. I usually hear horror stories and this experience from start to finish, was like a dream. Thanks ya'll!! JEFF IS THE GREATEST RV TECHNICIAN, HANDS DOWN! Late at…read morenight I snagged and disconnected a low hanging cable. This created cascading issues, beginning with shutting down my inverter. David responded quickly and talked me through diagnosis and a stop gap solution. That got us back up and running, saving a refrigerator and freezer full of food. It was only after the power was restored that Jeff and I realized he was over 1,200 miles away and would not be making the permanent repairs required. I can't express to you how patient, knowledgeable, and helpful Jeff was in getting our self-imposed electrical issue resolved. Additionally, I've picked up some new skills and just a bit of knowledge. You can't put a price on that.

We were offered a fair price for the RV. Since it was an estate asset, there were delays in the selling process while creditors were notified and court permission to sell was obtained.
