Well, I stopped in here because I had two good experiences here. so I figured what the heck well, it's true what they say third times a charm I go to service department and I asked for a quote for transmission service and rear end service on my Ford truck. That's a company car well, a couple of guys sitting there the guy that asked me if I need help couldn't tell me price so he hollered over to the other guy you know a price and he shouts out a couple of prices and he goes back to what he's doing I made it pretty clear I needed a price for my car so I guess you're not doing service work that's a shame but I guess I'll just go back to Deland Ford least there you come here crapshoot just come back. On Thursday, August 17, 2023, as I was heading south for a weekend getaway, the Low Tire Pressure Light came on on my E-Series Van even though I had just had the oil changed and the tires rotated on Monday. I decided to return to Ron Norris Ford to have it checked. My advisor was busy with several customers, so he suggested I go around back and ask a mechanic to check the tire pressure to see what was going on. I asked Mike who was working with tires if he would check the tire pressure because the Low Pressure Light had turned on. Without hesitation, he got a tire gauge, checked all 4 tires and concluded there was no problem with them. Then he got the computer that controls the light and reprogrammed it. I was back on the road and headed south in less than a hour! I am very grateful that Mike was able to help me so quickly and get me back to my trip so soon. read more

This was my first visit to Ron Norris Ford and I couldn't be more happy with their Service Department. I made an appointment online to take care of an outstanding recall issue with the master brake cylinder that hadn't caused me any problems but since I had the day off I thought I'd get it taken care of. I arrived a few minutes before my confirmed online service appointment and was promptly greeted by the service writer, he already had my paperwork printed out and went over the details I had submitted online. I also told him my electric fan was coming on while idling but it wasn't running hot or anything mostly annoying and I wanted them to run a full diagnostic test since this excessive idling was out of character for my truck. He took my keys invited me to the waiting areas and in a few short hours reappeared with the good news that everything was taken care of and had all the documentation for my records. Ron Norris Ford - Service Center Waiting Area - Car Dealers Near Me - Titusville, Florida

This was one of the best dealerships to go to for service. Now I don't feel like I can trust them. 60k mikes on my f150 and it has a transmission noise and leak that I have been asking about every time I go for an oil change. They charge me $150 to tell me there is no leak and the noise is just an exhaust part that's no big deal. Then why do I have transmission fluid in my driveway every day and the noise only happens during a shift? I'm not a mechanic, but this isn't rocket science. Not to mention the little things like an over torqued oil filter and grease stains on my seat. I'm annoyed to say the least. TLDR: they will tell you everything is "normal" until it's too late. Either they lost their decent employees or they just stopped caring. read more

VERY positive experience with Ron Norris Ford. We walked in a few months ago at lunchtime and were greeted by Frank Saladino, who we noticed was preparing to have lunch. He put his sandwich away and walked out with us to look at their used cars. We have a daughter at a nearby college and wanted a car she could use to get around campus and to and from work. He said he had a daughter starting to drive and knew what we wanted and we felt very comfortable. We found the perfect car in 15 minutes. There was no trade-in involved, had my own financing too. This is the craziest and most frustrating car buying experience I have ever had. Bought a car, took it home, had registration and tag in my name, then the next day they called and said I didn't pay enough. Asked for $7,500 more than the price I signed for. They would not budge off the higher price. Bank was willing to pay, but my emails from them with a price and signed documents didn't match the new higher price I was being asked to pay after taking delivery of the vehicle. Told me they accidentally added the rebate twice. I didn't see it subtracted twice from the sales documents.... I bet they would not have called me if I had accidentally overpaid $7500. I gladly gave them their car back since it was not an honorable transaction on their part. Bait and switch. BEWARE! P.S. None of them can hold a candle to the quality of service and professionalism that I received at Ron Norris Ford. Our salesman, along with the sales manager, were very accommodating since we arrived at closing time. The process was the smoothest purchase of a car that I have been involved with in many years. I had to visit the service department for a minor problem shortly after we bought the car. The service department was as exemplary as the sales staff. I have an F150 that is no longer under warranty, but I would drive to Titusville based on what I observed while waiting on the Escape to be repaired. I just spoke with Greg in Ron Norris Ford financing. He was awesome. He took the time to explain every detail regarding the process of buying my car I have been leasing. He was polite, very patient and professional regarding my questions. Paradise Ford Finance Manager (Michael), whom I had originally leased my car from was extremely rude, very condescending, arrogant and very unprofessional and would constantly interrupt me AND my husband when it was our turn to speak or TRY ti ask a question. In this process of TELLING me what he expected, he verbally trashed Ron Norris Ford and Palm Bay Ford and said they charge more for dealer fees and how they deal with customers. He added other unprofessional comments that I will not post. I have one more payment on my car at which time I will be calling Greg at Ron Norris to expedite final ownership. This dealership is very selfish and I can tell the owner does not pride himself on "family." His techs and everyone undernear him are what keep his company going but he treats them like crap. I know this dealership just under went warranty fruad investigation as well. He will tell you ONE thing and do another. As an owner Josh is not what I would look for in a "family owned car business" he could care less and he doesn't even have his own family, how could any man understand the pressures of life if he doesn't know the stressers. My wife and I were traveling home to Pennsylvania from Florida and stopped to get a cup of coffee on Friday, February 21st. After getting coffee, my 2013 Ford Escape would move out of park into reverse. After exhausting my limited mechanical abilities, I asked a couple of local men who were having a cup of coffee inside. They immediately said to call Ron Norris Ford because they are known to be helpful. I was connected with Mike Hakanen. After describing the problem, Mike asked where we were located. After I told him, he said he would be right over. When he arrived, Mike knew exactly what was wrong. The cable on the shifter had come undone because the bushing had worn out. He was able to manually put the car in drive, had me follow him to the dealership, and had a mechanic replace the bushing. All of this took less than 15 minutes and Mike didn't charge me anything for the time and work. I was blown away. Being a traveler that has their vehicle break down always elicits fear...knowing that many places could use it as an opportunity to take financial advantage. I was driving from Jupiter Florida to Ashville North Carolina, with my mother and daughter. We also had two large dogs along for the ride. As we approached Titusville I noticed there was something wrong with our oil pressure gauge. It was simple amazing luck that we happened into Ron Norris Ford. We pulled into their dealership around 11:30. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman who said they would do their best to get us into service. Since we were three women and a couple of dogs in obvious need of assistance and no where else to go...this is a situation which could easily have been exploited. From the minute we walked in I felt comfortable that we would have honest and qualified service. The waiting was pristinely clean and comfortable. We were even allowed to bring the dogs in with us. Most of the staff came over to chat and pet the dogs! We were kept informed as to what might possibly be causing the issue with the car. They worked on the car and made just the required repairs. We were back on the road about 2:30 with a very small bill for work performed. I cannot say enough about the service crew from Ron Norris! They even called to follow up on the repair a few days later. I am so grateful that we were lucky enough to stop here. Thank you to the whole staff! read more

This began as a great buying experience. Emails were returned promptly concerning questions and the buying process was swift and decent. Then the problems began. Problem 1) My trade, a 2011 Fiesta, had a $1900 Ford ESP that I was told would be cancelled and refunded on a pro-rated basis, that I had to do nothing and it would just come. Well that might have held true if the dealership followed through with everything they had to submit for this to happen. Upon calling Ford ESP myself 4 weeks later I was able to cancel myself after explaining that I questioned the dealership repeatedly and nothing happened the way it should have. I had to write a letter to Ford myself to clear this up, hopefully they dont give me the run around also. Problem not resolved yet. Problem 2) The new vehicle was delivered with 2 keys from another dealer and one of the keys didn't belong to my vehicle. The place of origin couldn't find the second key so Ron Norris Ford told me they had to have one delivered from Detroit and would take 5-7 days. 5-7 days later the key comes in and is cut wrong. I was told they would reorder and would take 5-7 more days. 5-7 more days go by and i go to have the key programmed and the wrong key pattern is cut again. So now a blank key is being sent and they have to take my one and only key to a dealer an hour away to have it cut there. WHY WASN'T THIS DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE?? Problem still not solved but I would say 3 strikes and your out!! They're great at processing a sale but extremely poor at problem solving and follow through. James, in Service, seems to be the only level headed problem solver in the building. now dealing with him with the third try. Overall they should feel lucky they are dealing with me and not my wife, as I'm the passive one. Very poor customer service, with the exception of James. Something should have been done for me customer service related over this period and nothing was done. If I hadnt already filled out the surveys favorably for them before these problems have prolonged, I wouldnt have scored them favorably at all. Something should have been done to compensate me for all these ongoing issues!!! read more

I purchased a used car from salesman, Mr. Levi, yesterday and I had a wonderful experience. First, we were allowed to take the car for a test drive without the pressure of the salesman in the backseat. Second, all the paperwork and negotiating was fast and easy. Third, they hooked us up with an actual tag instead of a paper tag without any hassle. We left not only satisfied but completely catered too as far as customer service goes. I had a problem when pulling our travel trailer in that the tailgate opened and dropped in front of the tongue jack where it normally won't fit. Some of the trim was severely damaged and if not replaced would have leaked water into the tailgate. I took it to to Ron Norris Ford where I talked to Glenn Ellis. He immediately went to Parts where he brought out George to see what parts needed to be ordered. George searched for sometime trying to find the parts in the computer and managed to get them ordered so they would arrive the next day. Glenn wasn't sure he would be able to complete the installation because we were on such a tight schedule, but he managed to work me into his schedule and got the installation completed in less than an hour. These two gentlemen went above and beyond what I would normally expect at any dealership. Ron Norris Ford should be extremely proud of them. If they are examples of the rest of the personnel that are employed there, they have people to be proud of. read more

Purchased a 2016 F150 lariat with 20k miles. 12 hours after my purchase, the truck was at another Ford dealership getting repairs. To sum it up, I had the truck in my possession only 4 days over the following 3 weeks while it was in and out of the dealership being repaired. They failed to do any kind of presale inspection of the vehicle or even look it over when they took it in as a trade. I purchased it under the obvious assumption that it was a perfect, 1 year old, 1 owner, still fully covered under factory warranties F150, being sold AT a ford dealership. The owner Josh, did eventually trade me out into a new truck, however, I was not happy with the overall deal, and pretty much had no choice, but to keep the POS or get into a new one since he was unwilling to just refund my downpayment and cancel the sale. Even though he did correct the situation, I just feel as though he was more worried about keeping his loses to a minimum instead of giving me a great deal and making me happy considering all the headaches I had to deal with. I really could not be more satisfied with my experience buying a used car (actually a Jeep) from Ron Norris Ford. I am from Massachusetts and wanted to buy a southern car. I received a fair price up front and had absolutely no trouble with the out of state paperwork. These guys were aces - Fed Ex'ing everything I needed to me so that my experience with the Mass RMV (a miserable place) was minimally painful. They helped me find a shipper who took the Jeep door to door from Titusville to Boston. As an aside the dealership is closed on Sundays. The salesman came in from his home in Orlando to meet the driver so that the Jeep could be shipped on the most economical truck. Finally what blew me away is that they honored their 30-day warranty. During my state inspection a problem with a ball joint was found. It was not a huge repair but I called the Sales Manager and explained the problem to him. He first apologized for not catching the problem, asked me to send him the invoice for the work to be done, and then sent me a check. I cannot say enough about these guys. read more
