Have been going to them for oil changes since I bought the car 4 years ago. Needed transmission replacement due to known issues with 2016 Ford Escape (no recall though) and they couldn't fit me in for months. Had the work done at a transmission shop that got me on right away. That was a year ago. Just took it in for The Works oil change with a 99.95 coupon . Charged $124 after shop fees??? Also brought it in for hood latch replacement. Charged $83.65 on 1 page for part, then 127.82 on summary page. Labor 345.99 for a 30 minute job I could have done myself but the "diagnosis fee" 285.00 if I didn't have the work done there. Add on 3% for using a credit card to pay. 59.00 shop charge?? Total bill was 612.83 for The Works oil change and a hood latch. They have lost a loyal customer. read more

Ordered my 2023 Ford Raptor through Mike Shelbi and he was awesome from the first contact to the delivery of my car. I first ordered my car in March of 2022, but because of supply chain issues, Ford converted my order to a 2023 model. Though the process took 10 months to get my new Raptor, Mike was super patient and a great communicator through out the entire process. He was a man of his word regarding the price and even checked in with me after I got my car delivered to California to make sure everything was ok with the car after being delivered across the country. Bought my first F150 here three years ago and had no problems. When my lease was up I wanted to build another one but my sales rep never returned my calls. I got an F150 from another dealership that had to be towed after about 2000 miles so I had it towed to the dealership. they got my truck going again but when I picked it up it had three big paint chips taken out of the door. I went back to complain they told me to call next week and schedule a time to bring it in. They repaired the paint chips but I still have overspray on parts of my truck there is bumps in the paint, and somehow damage my tent on my window. The problems are back with my truck and they can't squeeze you in for 3 to 4 months. Be cautious when buying a car from their pre certified car lot. I bought a 2021 bronco, beautiful car, low mileage. 9 days after I got the car home headliner was wet. Found to have extensive rodent damage , underneath hood and into the headliner. This did not happen in 9 days. The rodent damage was found when I took it in for service with again extensive damage in the engine compartment and up into the headliner. Total damage approx. 5-6000.00. Dealership took no responsibility, would not take any responsibility, thank goodness for my wonderful service advisor, she worked directly with ford motor company which agreed to pay the bulk, hats off to ford motor company this wasn't their problem, this was a dealership problem. I was left paying just under 1300.00 which I shouldn't have had to pay at all, did not happen in my driveway in 9 days. Please avoid this dealership, will not be recommending anyone there, my car wasn't the first that had this problem from this lot. Dealership itself could care less, very bad business practice. Short and simple, don't use this collision shop. They will take FOREVER. They will quote you a date and time and it'll be nowhere near ready at that time. Please note this has nothing to do with the sales department. I had a good experience with my sales person when I purchased my leased vehicle. This is only about the service department. I took my Edge ST into service because it had developed a leak above the rear tire. It looked like brake fluid or possibly oil from the shock. My veichle only has 6400 miles and is a little over a year old. Not exactly a vehicle you would expect any problems with and especially a leak. Clearly it's under Ford warranty but apparently North Brothers doesn't perform an inspection led alone a estimate for free. Instead everyone (per my service advisor) is required to authorise $138 before even looking at the vehicle regardless of circumstances or if the vehicle is under warranty. Think about rhar as it pertains to my situation. You purchase a $50k vehicle which has an issue after 6400 miles and a little over a year of ownership. Instead of wanting to make sure I'm happy and my vehicle is fixed, NB Ford wants me to authorise a deposit or expected charge IF the issue is not warranty related. Yes, I realise there are people who abuse their vehicles or expect free things in life but in my case none of that applied and wasn't relevant to my situation. If I had not run into any issues getting service, I would be coming back to buy another vehicle from NB Ford. Instead I'm second guessing ownership of my two Ford SUV's after repeated issues with getting warranty and recall service performed at local Ford dealers. This was just another time a dealer was penny pinching or placing everyone under the dead beat, non payer, umbrella and simply taking the situation individually. Every business has issues with non-payment that's why they have attorneys and small claims courts. Yes this issue is petty but imagine what else is going on here when they are putting money ahead or good customer service. Just notice how no one from this dealer replies to good or bad reviews. This is based on my recent experiences at North Brothers Ford. I bought a new vehicle from Tom Reno on the strong recommendation from someone I know. I swore I'd never do business with them after 3 bad experiences from 1998-2006. One was with used cars, one with service, and one with new cars. I was never going back. I met with Tom Reno and he was very helpful finding the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted and a price for my budget. They gave me a great deal on my trade in, and Tom worked hard to get what I was looking for...he did a dealer trade from another state to get it for me and kept in contact with me the entire process. I also want to say that Bill Carcone in the service dept went above and beyond to help me when I came in recently. I stopped in to buy some touch up paint for a rock chip in my door and was going to do it myself, but Bill Carcone offered to paint it for me and seal it in. I wasn't expecting that! I bought the paint and was going to do it myself! That was cool. Thanks both to Tom and Bill. You're exceptional customer service has brought me back to North Brothers as a customer. read more

I was upsold on a tire & wheel warranty with the purchase of my preowned vehicle. Salesperson said for as long as I own the vehicle, tire and wheel repair or replacement is covered from blowouts to normal wear & tear. I recently had a slow leak due to a nail in my tire. I called manager Mr. Oneal to find out the steps to use my tire warranty. He stated I can go anywhere tires are sold, gave me my policy number & said to call them back if I had any trouble. Portfolio denied my claim saying even though I do have a nail in my tire, they "dont service anything under a 3". I said what does that even mean? Ive never heard that term before. Portfolio said in a nutshell my tires are "too worn" for my tire & wheel warranty to cover the replacement. What sense does that make??? Since NO ONE at North Bros Ford explained that this warranty only covers certain inches and centimeters and measurements of a tire tread, I called manager Mr Oneal back. Got a voicemail. Called again, left a message. No return phone call. Waited. Called again. Got a voicemail again. Left a more detailed message. To this day, no return phone call. A manager cant even return the phone call of a customer who was told to call if they had any issue using a warranty THEY SOLD! So in addition to the salesperson losing my down payment during the sale, less than 30 days after the sale my LED headlight blows & instead of just replacing it the service center wants to keep the truck for "research" and not give me a loaner and now this fiasco with the warranty. Imagine paying a tire & wheel warranty for two years and when its time to replace a tire you still have to come out of pocket and the dealership that sold it wont respond. Buyer Beware! read more

Arriving at the dealership salemen, Tarrick Warra, came out to introduce himself. I told him why I was there. We went into the office. They checked my trade-in and offered a price. After some back-and-forth we came to an out-the-door price. After agreeing on this price I showed Tarrick my piece of paper with the amount I wanted to buy for the vehicle after the trade-in. He was shocked to see the dealer price was $4.00 under my price. This amount was arrived at without much horse trading. I'm completely satisfied by my salesmen, Tarrick Warra. 0/10 wouldn't recommend this shady dealership to my worst enemy. Went in yesterday to look at a 2016 F150. I was told the whole time they had a big "sale" and they refused to tell me a price on the truck, not when I called, not when I looked around the truck, not when I took it for a test drive etc they even went so far as to try and get me to fill out a credit app on the truck before knowing the price. Sat for an hour for some random guy to come out and tell me the truck was "on sale" for $49k and tried to get me to focus not on the grossly overpriced vehicle but on the pretend monthly payment and shame me into the truck. I walked out but being that I'm still interested in the truck I look at their website today to see if they posted prices again and this same truck that was "on sale" at $49k is now listed at a more realistic price of $38k. The saddest part about their insane attempt to walk away with $10k+ over their real price is that they had so many older folks in there actually buying vehicles on this "sale" it's a shame that you can't trust companies anymore considering these predatory practices. We were greeted by Tarrick Warra. He treated us in a very warm and personable manner without being overbearing and pushy, contrary to what I expected. I was very pleased at this, as it made the afternoon go by much easier. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and took my particular interests into account to help me find the right car for myself. His personal skills went above and beyond when he gave me one of his own water bottles after I asked for one due to dehydration. I had the misfortune to discuss trading in my car with used car salesman Mr. Jason Smith online. When I repeatedly told him what I wanted he assured me if I came in, her deliver. Instead, the car he promised was inspected and fixed was had a cracked and broken bumper. He continued to swear i was "confused" while I had my finger in the bumper. When I asked about the deal we negotiated online (that I had proof of) again I was "confused" and obviously the deal to swap to cars of equal value was ridiculous and I should instead trade my car in for peanuts and take a loan for the 80% of the remaining value. When I sent my complaint to the dealership, they apologized profusely but hours later Jason privately contacted me to call me a funny clown. Not Funny. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs. read more

What a horrible experience. I needed a F150 to replace a F150 I was leasing. I have a camper and I need something that will be able to tow it. I spoke with Luke on a Saturday and told him that I was on a very limited budget and that I couldn't put much down. He was very busy and had several customers he was bouncing back and fourth with. We filled out a credit app put 100.00 deposit on the truck and he said he would contact us on Monday. On Monday he contacted me and said that the truck we had driven (the one we wanted) we couldn't get approved for unless we put 1100 down on a 13,500 lease or 1800 down on a 15,000 mile lease. So we then decided to get my wife a car so we had something to drive... we chose an Escape titanium test drive it and we got approved for the credit with 350 down. After waiting 3 hours in the show room we were told that the truck was a dealer trade and that we couldn't buy it, but he had one with a bigger engine he would get for us for 22 dollars a month, we could switch to an SE lower model, or he could search other dealerships for another titanium. We chose to have him look for another titanium. The next day at 11:00 I contacted him and he said he was still looking and was having trouble finding one. I then wrote an email to the manager. We then got tired of the run around and contacted another dealership that had many in stock...we went and test drive one and filled out a credit app. On the way home from there Luke called us and said his manager had given the approval for the larger engine at 2 dollars more a month. We called the other dealership and told them thank you but we got an offer from North Brothers that we couldn't turn down. At 8:00 Tom Holzer called us and told us they wanted our business and that they would do anything. They said they would get me my F150. We put off Luke and waited to hear from Tom Holzer. Tom Holzer called with approval on the F150 and we told Luke that we wouldn't be taking his offer. We ended up with the F150 AND a Escape titanium lease with Tom Holzer with 0 out of pocket for both. North Brothers still has my deposit I put down for the original F150 and will not return my calls to get it back. When I stopped in Luke said nobody was there that could sign a check. I've contacted the news and am waiting to hear back from them. read more

I have serviced my vehicle here a few times, so when I was lightly rear ended at a stop light I didn't think twice where I was going to take it to be inspected. To my eye sight it only appeared that the hitch cover was cracked but I'm not a professional. My insurance advised me to get it checked out before filing a claim. The day I had available to go up there unfortunately I did have to bring both of my kids because I didn't have anyone to watch them. The gentleman in the collision office seemed to be annoyed and too busy for me. I understand this wasn't my ideal situation either to bring both kids but he did eventually help me. As we walked outside I explained to him what happened and what my insurance company said. He looked at my car about 6ft away (didn't even look under the car) and said it would be $1500-$2000 at least in damage. I stood there in shock but then again I'm not a professional and this is exactly why I took it there. He said, from 6ft away, to could tell my tow bar was pushed in and needed to be replace. So after this I called my husband and explained to him what the man said and even he felt that wasn't right and advised me to get second opinion. So I went to another local ford dealership and he actually inspected my vehicle and said the tow cap needed to be replaced and it was a $40 part. How in the world did I go from $1500 to $40? So I left and decided to go to a third opinion at another local Ford dealership just to verify. The third dealership also said the tow cap needed to replaced. I told him that North Brother Ford dealership try to tell me $1500 and he clearly said they were trying to take advantage of me. I was always told growing up that I needed to watch myself in auto shops because people like to take advantage of someone who doesn't no better but I experienced it first hand here. Especially after I thought I had established a relationship with this dealership. Not only did I get my car serviced here but also my husband. After this experience we will NEVER get our vehicles serviced here again! My husband also was in the market in getting a new vehicle and he obviously just purchased from another Ford Dealership! I hope North Brother is happy with themselves for trying to take advantage of women with her kids, and I advise other people not to go there as well! read more
