Ordered my 2023 Ford Raptor through Mike Shelbi and he was awesome from the first contact to the delivery of my car. I first ordered my car in March of 2022, but because of supply chain issues, Ford converted my order to a 2023 model. Though the process took 10 months to get my new Raptor, Mike was super patient and a great communicator through out the entire process. He was a man of his word regarding the price and even checked in with me after I got my car delivered to California to make sure everything was ok with the car after being delivered across the country. I would highly recommend Mike for anyone doing a special order through North Brothers Ford. Mike got it done!

They always have friendly service in the service department. They have a nice shuttle driver as well.

BEWARE... read this before purchasing anything from any Suburban dealership. I recently found out…read morethe hard way that Suburban collection of dealerships here in metro Detroit are not the same dealerships they once were but instead operate in name only under the parent group LITHIA motors. This was the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Suburban but the 1st since being part of LITHIA motors. I purchased a used Honda CR-V from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Garden City for $13,500 cash on May 28 from salesman Rich Putty, who told me the vehicle was already a great deal and there was no room to negotiate. Just 2 days and 248 miles later, every warning light came on and the engine could barely run. What followed was weeks of frustration. Rich never followed through on promised callbacks, service advisor Samantha rarely provided updates and communicated exclusively by text even when asked to call back, and after the vehicle sat for days I still couldn't get clear answers. When I met with General Manager Joe Sinishtaj he was unaware of the situation and told me the vehicle was sold "as is" and even asked what I expected from a higher-mileage vehicle. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. After disassembling the engine, I found the turbocharger had been recently replaced and evidence of significant pre-existing mechanical issues, due to a failed turbo charger including a failed head gasket, damage to the #3 piston, cylinder head fire deck damage, and a damaged fuel injector tip. The engine also showed signs of abnormal combustion and intercooler oil contamination consistent with a failed turbo compressor wheel. These were major internal engine failures that would not be expected after only 248 miles of ownership and account for the $5,000+ repair estimate. In my experience, Suburban under Lithia Motors showed zero accountability, poor communication, and no concern for customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend taking your business anywhere but Suburban or any other dealer owned by LITHIA.

I've called Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Garden City several times & I'm always told that the call center will take a message & get it over to the service dept. Now whether they did or not, I'm still not getting any return calls. Once again, I left a message for the service manager to call me back. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered with a dealership.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jeep dealership's service department. My…read morevehicle has been in their possession for over 8 months with absolutely no resolution. For the first 7 months, I was left without a vehicle before finally being placed in a loaner--something that should have been provided much sooner given the circumstances. Now, I'm being told I may have to return the loaner within the next week or two, despite my vehicle still not being repaired. Communication has been completely unacceptable. I have made numerous calls trying to get updates, and each time I'm met with no real answers or progress. Not once has anyone from the service department proactively reached out to update me on the status of my vehicle. The only time I've been contacted was to check the mileage on the loaner car, which says a lot about their priorities. After 8 months, there should be accountability, transparency, and urgency--none of which I've experienced. This has been a frustrating and exhausting process, and I would not recommend this service department to anyone. Overall, this has been poor service from start to finish.

What should have been a routine tire replacement turned into a frustrating and completely avoidable…read moresituation. During the service I received a call informing me that my lug nuts were worn and should be replaced. I was told the price was $13, which I reasonably understood to mean $13 total. After the work was completed, I discovered the price was actually $13 per lug nut, which comes out to roughly $260 for a full set. That is an extremely inflated price considering an entire set can be purchased elsewhere for around $40. This was clearly a major communication failure and felt very misleading. After expressing my frustration, the service advisor (Mark) eventually told me that if I brought my own lug nuts they would install them without charging me. Wanting to avoid further hassle, I purchased a set myself and began installing them. While doing this I discovered that one of the wheel studs had been stripped, most likely from improper use of an impact gun during installation. Because of this, I am now left with one wheel mounted on only four studs instead of five, and I now have to spend additional time and money replacing a stud that was damaged during what should have been a basic tire service. When I returned the following morning and tried to explain the stripped stud, I was immediately brushed off and told to sit in the waiting room while paperwork was written up. There was no interest in hearing the issue or addressing the damage that occurred. Between the extremely overpriced lug nuts, the communication issues, the damaged wheel stud, and the dismissive customer service, this entire experience turned a simple tire replacement into a multi-day headache. If a shop cannot perform something as routine as a tire replacement without damaging hardware, it raises serious concerns about the level of care taken with more complex repairs. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop to others.
