I found the car I wanted on a national website and went to test drive it the same day. I bought the car. Lori even drove the car back to my house for me since I had my other car. The car I bought was already on sale but I thought I would negotiate and ask for a lower price. They meet me halfway on the price since it had only been there a few days. I was satisfied! Lori was great. She is friendly and personal. I did have a problem with the car the first weekend. I called Lori. She scheduled a service appointment. I went to the service department where I was met with people that didn't look to happy about their day or job. They sent me to the Chevy dealer down the street since they didn't have the equipment to diagnose the problem. The other dealership was great and it was only a minor spark plug and coil replacement and I was on my way. All in all my experience was good but I question if it would be good if I had to get routine maintenance in the service department every few months.

I wanted to give Kia another shot and scheduled a test drive with Kia of Canton but was not able to do one unless I was willing to buy that day, so they wasted my time going there for nothing. They seemed more concerned with selling the price than the actual vehicle. It knocked Kia off my list of vehicles to consider. The positives were that they were not high-pressure salespeople and they seem to have some vehicles in stock.

After leasing a vehicle from this dealership, I discovered that 3 of the 4 wheels were not properly tightened. As a mom driving five kids, that was extremely alarming and something that should never happen. On top of that, there were other issues with the vehicle not being ready as promised and items not included. Initially, I had difficulty getting a response and was very frustrated with the communication. However, after finding the owner on LinkedIn and reaching out directly, he immediately addressed my concerns. He had Jeff, the supervisor in the service department, step in to help. Jeff truly went above and beyond to correct the situation and make things right. His professionalism and willingness to take responsibility made a big difference, and I appreciate the way he handled everything. While the initial experience was concerning, I'm thankful it was ultimately resolved properly once the right team members became involved.

I've wanted a chrome bumper C3 Corvette since I was a kid and they were new... And I'm happy to say, I now own a really nice one!!! Vince was great to deal with, very responsive and professional. After the purchase, I had to delay receiving the car a few weeks and Vince held it for me no problem - no charge. There were also a few boxes of parts and documentation that came with it that Vince made sure I received. I'm in SoCal (2400 miles away) and used the 3rd party inspector/appraiser he recommended. Marty was great. The 200+ photos and 3-4 videos in his report told me everything about the car. Vince got permission from the seller to remove the front kick panels so Marty could inspect/document the birdcage (as much as possible), which if you're buying one of these, is a critical step in determining the cars condition. The car is far from show quality and has a few issues, but after having it and going through it for 2-weeks, there haven't been any surprises. It's actually a little better than I expected. Marty's appraisal gave me negotiating confidence and saved me thousands off the asking price. At the end of the day, I feel I paid the fair market price and learned these things aren't necessarily worth what they're asking, but I don't blame them for aiming high either. If you're not in the business, do yourself a favor and have it appraised by a professional. I saved a lot more than it cost for the initial report and appraisal. I also used the transporter Vince recommended. Fuel prices are up, so that cost a bit more than anticipated. Matt was very easy to work with. A couple of phone conversations and text messages and the car arrived in an enclosed carrier on schedule in perfect condition along with the parts. The driver took the balance of payment via Zelle, so nothing shady there. This was my 1st experience purchasing a vehicle on-line and I would have no problem doing this again with Vince and everybody else involved. If you're considering doing this, all I'll say is, don't try to save $$$ by short cutting on the due diligence.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership and would not recommend their…read moreservice department. My 2012 Nissan had a Service Engine Soon light, so I first took it to my trusted independent mechanic. They diagnosed the issue at no charge and determined that my car needed the software update described in TSB NTB12-001, which can only be performed by a Nissan dealership. Before making my appointment, I specifically called and explained that I already had this diagnosis and wanted the TSB update performed. When I arrived for my 9:00 a.m. appointment, I again explained that I was there for the TSB update. I even provided the written diagnosis from my mechanic, watched the advisor staple it to the paperwork for the technician, and was told there would be a $200 diagnostic fee that would apply toward the repair if I had the repair completed there. The next day, instead of simply performing the update I had requested, I was told I needed a new O2 sensor first and then the update. This didn't make sense because the sensor had been replaced less than a year ago. I called my original mechanic, who confirmed that the TSB procedure is to perform the software update first and only replace the sensor if the problem persists afterward. I called the dealership back and repeatedly requested that they perform only the update. I was repeatedly told I would be wasting my money and that it wouldn't fix the issue. I understood their opinion but wanted the update anyway. Throughout this process, communication was incredibly poor. I requested a written estimate multiple times over two days, both by phone and email, and despite repeated promises that it would be sent, I never received one before the work was completed. I also had to repeatedly call for updates because no one proactively communicated the status of my vehicle. The entire process took over 50 hours. On Wednesday morning, after I emailed explaining that I needed my car back by 2:30 p.m. so I could get to work, I was simply asked, "Is there somewhere you need to be?" I found that response unprofessional given that my car had already been there for more than two days. When I picked up my car, I was finally told the update cost $413. I then asked why the $200 diagnostic fee wasn't being applied toward the repair as I had been told when I dropped the car off. I was told the update was "unrelated" to my original check engine light issue, even though the update was the entire reason I scheduled the appointment and was exactly what I had requested from the beginning. To make matters worse, I was told the warning light had already come back on and that I still needed the O2 sensor replaced. However, after leaving the dealership, the Service Engine Soon light has not come back on, and the update appears to have resolved the issue. After explaining how the communication was poor, they ended up changing the price to $306. They also printed the wrong TSB for me when I requested documentation. The biggest issues weren't the cost--they were the lack of communication, failure to provide a written estimate despite repeated requests, failure to listen to what I had requested from the very beginning, and the disagreement over the diagnostic fee. I expected much better service from a Nissan dealership, especially for a manufacturer-issued technical service bulletin.
