When tired of female staff he sets them up to fail and look bad, and eventually finds legitimate reason to fire them.. The officers are very rude, complacent and seem to have low education. If you are considering in working here, especially in the programs department or security run away! You don't need drama, stress and the bad work ethics that this place has.
