Joe got into the car, it didn't start (note: ignition problem was draining the battery, dah!). He immediately said, "Oh, you need a new battery." He never bothered to check the cells. Told me to leave it, called me later, informed me that the car was ready and the bill for the new battery and installation was $ 190.00. No "paperwork" on the battery and no warranty. WTF? Business must be bad to need to rip off a good customer. Guaranteed, that was the last money he ever will get from me.

Mike's fit me into their schedule and they were able to get the oil pan gasket changed and looked at a few other things to make sure they weren't issues as well. That appears to have stopped the leaking. They were very easy to work with, accommodating, and friendly. I would definitely take my vehicles back to them and feel comfortable that they would do a good job at a fair price.

I've taken my altima to numerous mechanics who guessed, changed out parts, charged a fortune, but never solved the engine noise problem. Alex finally got that sorted out. It was a combination of a bad catalytic converter and the "clutch" that coupled the electric motor to the gas motor had worn out. I drove my car 40 minutes out of the way to find this place because I was told this is where mechanics go when they cant fix their clients car. This place was worth the drive, I wish I stopped by here first 2 years ago. Update. The time I've spent waiting here, I've seen police officers bring in their vehicle as well as an ambulance on the lift, clearly they are very trusted. Mechaanics here are all very easy going and seems to love doing their job. For every part thats broken, Alex would pull out the part and show me exactly what is broken with it. I had my second vehicle fixed here, a 2004 MDX. Monroe wanted about 5k for the repair. Alex fixed it for 2,400 and he did it fast.
