Normally I wouldn't do a review, however, in this case I feel I should warn others. I prepaid for a car service to and from Logan. The professionalism of the drive to the airport left a little to be desired, however, he did get me there and for that I won't complain much. My issue is with my return trip. I arrived at Logan at Midnight, went to the limo lot; no one there to meet me. Waited a few minutes and called the after hours/emergency number. Of course no answer, message says they'll get back to me shortly. So here I am, single female stuck at the airport in the middle of the night. With an hour and half ride home and no way to get there. So after no one shows up, no one calls me back...I do manage to get home, ended up using Uber. (Very thankful this service is now available) The following day, I finally get in touch with Peter at North Central Coach and Cab. I do get apologies and an offer to send me a check to refund my trip and an offer of an on the house ride next time. Of course that was the last I've heard from them. No check, no credit card return. I have never wanted/bothered to write a Yelp review till now and normally when I review, I like to give positive reviews about the things I like and just forgot about the things I don't. I am making an exception for this company. I cannot express how disappointed and angry I am with this company. A large group of people (around 50+) booked a bus months in advance to go on a really exciting ski trip that everyone has been looking forward months for. The company cancelled on us last minute and I thought "well things happen, what a shame though." Luckily there was another ski trip planed a little more than a month away (the bus being already booked). This time, HOURS before the bus was suppose to leave to pick us up, the company cancelled on us again. This was a trip that over 50 people who spent over $100 on supplies/lift tickets had to now cancel twice because this company cancels on us last minute. This company is absolutely inexcusable and I have never been more disappointed because of irresponsibility before. The worst of all, despite how this company cancelled literally hours before the were suppose to come, they didn't even appear apologetic about it either. Buyer Beware!!! This transportation company used to be under the alias of Centerline Transportation LLC. We are a another transportation company that has fielded a handful of calls from customers who were scrambling last minute to find a motor coach. The recurring theme from these customers is that they had paid North Central coach & Cab and then were told the Coach had broken down and could not perform the services. I decided to look them up on the BBB. I came to find out they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and have a large laundry list of complaints. The BBB's description of the company is as follows, " BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning customer service and refund issues. Specifically, complainants allege the business promised a refund for inferior services, but a refund is never received. On September 2, 2014, BBB sent certified correspondence to the company requesting their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of customer complaint on file with BBB. As of September 30, 2014, the business has not responded. unorganized company...first day of work big dispute among the drivers and office personal about not getting paid....owner shut down that day without paying his employees...tried to work for the company again and guess what no pay...told me i was in training...ok...third job no pay bus wouldn't start. offered to pay the full amount i counter offered to take half since i was not able to drive...still he did not pay me....not a very good business man..he wonders why no one will work for him....he also lies to the customers read more
