My computer had some charging issues that I thought might have been the battery so I brought it here and not only did they figure out the real issue with the computer and had it fixed, they didnt try to sell me on a new battery that I didn't need. Friday morning just surfing the web when THAT dreaded screen pops up saying that my computer has been compromised. Yikes! Realized Mostly Mac Computers had just opened so got down there pronto with my laptop. A friendly and knowledgeable man named Issac took a look at it and agreed it needed to be serviced. I was most relieved. But then I was pleasantly surprised that a mere two hours later Issac said it was fixed and ready for pickup! Just WOW! Issac explained to me (definitely a layperson when it comes to technology) what had gone wrong, how he was able to fix it, and then cleared all the garbage that was on my computer hiding behind One Launch which we never used. My laptop runs way better than it had been and none of my financial records nor identity was compromised. Plus, the repair bill was extremely reasonable. Got in touch with these folks about any stocked such cables. They had just what I needed. Incredibly they offered it for free.
