Some of them are very western well others seem to be much more bedazzled and some fall into the kind of outdoorsy/hippie hipster zone. So with that said, you have to kind of find spots that cater to your interest because all of those are valid and overlap on a leather bag and product store Went in for her birthday and oddly enough they had a 50% off sale on just a few items and one of those was the item we were just about to buy a full price . Absolute great service they not only branded a custom tag for us for free but they also let us know that the items were 50% off even though we were just about to pay for a price so absolute kudos to you great job

This is a relatively new store located at Bridgeport Village mall; they opened up here about 4…read moremonths ago. The smell of leather as you enter this store is wonderful! Deep breath and ahhh! Such a great smell. The products are well made and high quality. They had a nice variety of items and the displays were done in a way that was extremely visually appealing and pulled me in to look at a variety of items. Luke, the manager welcomed us to the store and provided information about the brand (out of Eugene OR). He and the other woman working were knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. Pricing - seemed reasonable against other higher end leather products. Will I be back - YES!

To make a customized order they are about a year out before your order is completed. A deposit is required in order to continue the order towards it's completion. Then as the time draws closer you go in so your measurements will match with what they make for you. There is a lot of leather jackets already for sale in which you can immediately purchase providing you find a fit that is good for you. Being a clothes horse myself I could easily place an order as well but I don't have anything specific in mind to pursue that at the moment. It was a lot of fun browsing around and I loved the autographed picture of one of the band members from the Lunachicks that apparently purchased a leather garment here at one point!

I placed my second order with Portland Leather just one week after my first purchase. During…read morecheckout, I entered the WELCOME30 code I had used before, but it didn't apply and my order processed at full price. I understand that WELCOME30 is a one-time-use code. That's not the issue. At the time, Portland Leather was running another promotion, SUNNY25, which would have given me 25% off. In their response, they acknowledged that if I had entered that code, I would have received the discount. I contacted customer service immediately after placing the order to either cancel it or have the current promotion applied. Unfortunately, there is no option to cancel an order and no customer service phone number to call, so email is the only way to reach them. Their response was that they could not make any retroactive adjustments. Instead, they offered me 600 reward points toward a future purchase. Considering they admitted I would have qualified for the 25% discount, this felt like a very inadequate resolution. Portland Leather seems to have a sale running almost constantly, which makes it feel like the sale price is their actual everyday price. I like their products, but the lack of flexibility and poor customer service left me very disappointed.
