Do not do business with this guy. If you win an item in an auction he makes it's really difficult to pick the item up. The emails even say "we're usually there from 9-4." This is not accurate. I tried to arrange pick up 3 times unsuccessfully. The first two times he told me he wasn't sure if he still had the item because I didn't pick it up on time. He said he'd let me know when he found the item. He never did. Then out of the blue he texts me to tell me I need to come get the item because he's tired of storing it. I told him exactly when I'd be there, he agreed to meet and then he wasn't there. Again he says it's my fault because I didn't pick it up in the very narrow window of time he provided, I doubt he was even there then. He's highly confused AND extremely rude. read more

I hired this company to sell my Rc airplanes and was never paid after the auction closed. Craig the owner says that it was because I bud on my own items of which many of he damaged and lost. This company is a joke run as fast as you can they will get you Pennie's on the dollar for your stuff. You will get a better tax write off if you give it away. He had his family work for him as you will see his son as marketing director lol, likely because he can't keep employees. Just be aware this guy is bad news all the way around. read more

These guys are seriously crooks! I've sold a few carts and pallet jacks to them in the past only to be lowballed and manipulated . The "president " if you like comedy, had me unload all my stuff and get it up onto his landing docktalking a big game about his offers and making me think he was gonna be fair but both sides . Once the work was done it was a used car salesman to say the most. He used every verbal sales tactic you've ever heard in your life and finally offering me 50 bucks on a 700$ bran new medical stainless cart with silent smooth epoxy wheels that lock as well. I told him I needed 150 at the least and this went on for an hour m his last sentence to me was "at the end of the day bro it's just a damn cart" I had already unloaded it and hauled it up the stairs and it was the end of the day so I took the 50 bucks Wich he just grinned ear to ear at me . Saying bring more carts! Later I sold his son two stainless service carts for 40 each Wich wasn't bad . His son was pleasant and seamed to be a good man and a perfessional. Not a sleezeball pushy loud salesman like his dad. Well a week later I dropped off a pallet jack because I thought nobody was there. So I left a note and my number saying I only was asking 30 bucks on this one . And to call me . The next day I get 5 messages fr pops saying he felt his son overpaid me on the last two carts therefore if I wanted my pallet jack back that I needed to refund their money . Also saying unless I want to throw the pallet jack in the deal for free then he would be satisfied. I'm gonna post pics of his texts they are comically criminal. He flat out admits he sorry he has to go hard on me on this deal but those are his terms. So he flat out admits he's taking my pallet jack simply because he wanted his son to have offered me less on the two 400$ carts I sold for 40 each. I text him and told him that's seriously stealing and I told him I was gonna write a review and his reply was if I'm gonna be a dick to not come around his shop anymore. This guy is by far the biggest baby sleezeball there is in my experience and it's a shame because his son is a bright guy and polite and fair. Plus also a good negotiater. Anyway I'm sure I'll get some threats after he reads this . Wich I will update as they come in with pics...my advice ..well if that all sounds good to you then you'll get along great over at Craig Casey's auction shack! I bid and won items from North County Auctions in October and November. I like that the auctions are monthly, consistent and that there is a wide variety of items in each auction. It's an added benefit to me that I can go view the items in advance if I want to. I don't have to rely solely on the photos and measurements. I can also check out the upcoming items for the next month's auction while picking up items I won. I appreciate the flexibility in the pick up days and times. The auctions I usually purchase from only have a specific day and a very short window to pick up your items. With North County Auctions, they usually have the entire following week including the following Saturday to pick up your items. I like how many of items are put into lots, making it more worthwhile to bid and get additional items at a great price. The warehouse location is secure, very convenient and close to the freeway. Everyone is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I have had a pleasant buying experience. I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends. read more
