They take their time, give advice, and try to work within your budget and your wants. They actually talked us out of getting a more expensive window treatment option and I am so glad we listened! We placed our order and they measured our windows. We received a discount for being repeat customers and a few other discounts here and there - which is always appreciated. We were quoted 6-7 weeks out but to our surprise our window treatments were ready in about 4 weeks. Bill was our installer and he was just as helpful and professional. He kept us in the loop on when he could come out and where he was the day of our install. A door wall and 6 bedroom windows only took about 45 minutes to install.
