I then went to Great Lakes Ace in Novi, and by stark contrast, the service I received in Novi was stellar, making for a very pleasant 5* experience. It doesn't take much to treat a customer right to build loyalty and advocacy. But when the customer has been wronged, they will go out of their way to take their business elsewhere.
