Cashiers are so nice. Management is soooo rude. Went to return something and waited in line. I…read moreunderstand stores can be understaffed at times, so I was trying to be patient. The cashier was struggling to deal with this line by herself, and I clearly heard her call for help multiple times, but no one came. She ultimately needed a manager, and one came down for her. This manager had the rudest, snarkiest attitude I had ever seen and berated the cashier as to why the line was so long. This is not the first time I've seen her be rude to her employees. She's also very rude to customers. She has an attitude and talks to everyone as if they're stupid or beneath her, and I've heard from other employees that she's made people cry and is always yelling. She wears glasses and has an accent. Menards, do better and find management who values employees the way they should be valued. No wonder I'm always seeing new faces at the front desk and cash registers.
