It is a smaller pond than Davis Senior High, and there is less of an academic pressure-cooker vibe at DV. Our students come home daily excited to share about what they have learned in the classroom. We especially appreciate the team teaching approach at all grade levels which allows each subject to be taught by experts who focus on creating the best learning experience in their areas. Each teacher also deeply cares about the character development of each student, providing individual feedback about how to grow and thrive academically and to be successful Christian young people. In my mind that sums everything up. A school with a sense of importance above the children and families they serve. It is not unusual for a school such as this to have this attitude. It is simple disappointing. Remember, if the person set up to interact with you when making an enrollment decision is unhelpful and inexperienced, think what the kids will get. Enrollment for the first time should be the honeymoon period.
