First I would like to state that every person that goes to this pharmacy has the same exact issues (I talk to them while we wait a 1/2 hour plus in line.) 1) they have given me the wrong medicine. I'm pregnant and they gave me the wrong medicine! 2) the pharmacy assistants there are never nice 3) they say it will be 45 min or an hour or even more most of the time. And you should always add at least another hour onto that. 4) there could be an issue with authorization or anything and you find out when you drive to Walgreens. You would think they could give you a courtesy call but nooooo....why would they do that?! 5) they are ridiculously unorganized. 99% of the time the meds filled for you are in a basket and not filed away. I MISS RITEAIDE!!!!!

They never have everything I am shopping for, I am elderly and have a card that helps me with my groceries every month, I used it on the 1st this month and it kept refusing my card so I had to pay myself which I really couldn't afford, I went to customer service and they told my that the money had been taken off my card and they would see that it was returned, I haven't tried it yet so I hope its there. I shopped at the Hamstead and Hanover walmarts and those walmarts are wonderful. Elkton needs to go there and take lessons from them., I will no longer shop at either of these walmarts again, I am going to Food Lion.

So they could have told me it was going to be so long and asked me to come back. Now they are trying to push through a blood pressure cuff that I said I didn't want. ridiculous. last time i ever come here EVER. EVER. don't waste your time. Go to a pharmacy that cares about your time as much as anyone. I won't be treated like a bad guy because they are incompetent and women aren't allowed to have a voice in there. This has happened before where I have waited and waited for something that should have been done when i got there!

There was only 1 person ahead of me and NO other persons in the store. The white guy at the counter told me that he couldn't wait on me because it was there LUNCH time. NO ONE else was in the store. I waited the 15 min and still not ready. Was told I would get a text when it was ready. This is the third day this week. I've been here and I never once received a text when my prescription was ready.. I came out to my car to wait and after an additional 15 minutes, got a text message saying it was ready. I go inside and I walk up and give them the name and they told me I have to wait in line all over again to pick up the prescription. This is a line that I have now waited in for the third time to pick up the same prescription.. while I'm in line. I watch other people go up to the same woman behind the counter and she has been their prescription just fine without them having to wait in line again.. I won't say what she was going based off of, but she made it clear that I was to wait in line when everyone else that was of the same culture as her was taken as they walked up.
