I love this coffee shop, it is exactly what Yuma has needed. Their location is great (in historic downtown Yuma), next to the Colorado River, Ocean to Ocean bridge all of Yuma's neat historic buildings. It's located next to a bike shop and not too far from the brewery. What more could you want? Being located in one of Yuma's oldest remaining and well-painted buildings gives the location a really unique flair - wooden floors, huge ceilings, cute little tables to hang out with your laptop or read a book, and cozy couch corners to snuggle into. I had seen a few dogs in the place before, but unsure if it was just service dog friendly or all-dog friendly, I inquired at the counter. Sure enough, well-mannered dogs are allowed inside, just not past the counter into the kitchen area, obviously. They have punch-cards for buy-however-many and get one free, lots of Yuma-themed coffees available, and I've even heard of black lemonade. If you're unsure of what to try, ask a barista! Full of coffee knowledge, and happy to answer your questions, I'd but this staff up there with the best. If you catch this place on certain nights, it's host to bands and special events like the Yappy Hour, a time to mingle with your furry friends over a cup of joe. Also - be sure to ask about their version of an espresso shake -you're welcome. read more

If you are charging your Tesla in Yuma, this is the place to stop to listen to soothing music and relax with a coffee. The place is charming and the service was super friendly. Highly recommend to enhance your drive through the desert. I wasn't hungry but they also had enticing fun treats. read more

I have really enjoyed frequenting this coffee shop! They're accommodating with the covid situation and taking orders through the side door. The coffee is always delicious and I've had some of the baked goods also- I've always finished every last bite. And I love the location right downtown! I love this place until I offended one of the workers the other day by saying a female noun. I'm old fashion and I'm still learning this gender fluid thing. The amount of disdain and sarcasm that came off the person that I offended .... won't be back to this coffee house for a while. Super bummed that I was judged by somebody that doesn't want to be judged. But I'll certainly do better now hopefully they will also. read more

What a fantastic coffee shop! This spot is nestled near the freeway of this small town. The interior is very well-designed with plenty of seating options, and there are some seating options outside for when the weather is right. They roast their own beans, and I was able to pick up a bag of Indonesian beans which were quite interesting but taste incredible. People are kind and the prices are very reasonable. Coming into Yuma from SD, I was looking for a good coffee shop to study and relax on weekends. This place definitely fits the bill! The ambience is pretty chill with a cozy area for studying/chatting. I asked the barista for a recommendation and she told me 100 Acres without hesitation. I'm glad that she did, it is amazing! I really enjoy this location coffee shop. They always have a good selection, and they have new special drinks often so you can always adventure out on a new taste bud. The staff is very kind and they are pretty quick. I suggest calling ahead to place an order because they can get pretty busy and you may have to wait a while if the line is too long. I love the creme brûlée latte and the vegan muffins (even though I'm not vegan)! read more

I've been having really good experiences with local coffee shops here, this being one of them. I love the ambiance, it's a great place to lounge, sit, talk, play games, etc. The customer service is great and the food/drinks come out really fast which I appreciate. Super cute cafe in Yuma. Free wifi. Seating inside and outside. I love that they have lots of different game to choose from to play while you sip on your coffee or tea. They did have one vegan option which I was really excited to see! Only downside is that it can get very loud in there with everyone playing games and talking. Free street parking. Completely obsessed with this place. The coffee shop itself has such a nostalgic 90s feel when you go inside. The brick walls, bookshelves, and paintings on the wall make this coffee shop classic. Not only is this shop super cute but the coffee is DIVINE. Went to this coffee house during a visit to Arizona. Loved the atmosphere and the the coffee was amazing. There are a lot of choices on their menu and a lot of food options with dietary issues in mind (i.e. gluten free). The one problem, too far away for us to go to on a regular basis. Will definitely go back on our next visit. read more

I got a cafe latte. It was too sweet for me. The lavender scone was stale and dry. The Yuma sunrise was a dessert more than a breakfast. It was incredibly sweet and reminded me of the Dole Ice Cream they serve at Disneyland. I ended up throwing the scone away and the Yuma sunrise away. My son did like the plain bagle and cream cheese. Because we are on our way to California we couldn't go back to return the order. I am giving them 3 stars because the staff was incredibly friendly and taking great precautions to protect against covid. They also advertise on yelp that they have oatmeal and they don't. read more

Amazing place, it's a hidden gem in a small town. The coffee is perfect and delicious, I came back two days in a row. The atmosphere inside is really relaxing and welcoming. If I lived in Yuma this would be my go to place everyday. Okay, so I literally just took my first drink ever from this place and I HAD to get on yelp. First and for most, I am a huge Starbucks fan. Like I'm talkin HUGE. Well I started working in the same building as this coffeehouse and a co-worker walked in with an Almond Macaroon drink. It sounded delicious. So this morning I decided to go local rather then make my usual Starbucks run. I am not disappointed. It is so tasty! I went on their website to look at their menu and noticed they do call ahead ordering for convenience. I went ahead and took advantage of this so that way I wouldn't be gone for too long as I am used to the normal wait at Starbucks. The cheerful girl who had answered the phone to take my order said it would be about 3 minutes. I waited a few then walked over. Sure enough right as I walked in my drink was getting the whip cream swirled on top. I was greeted with sincere curiosity as to how my day was going thus far, handed my drink, paid, and I was all done! With many of us having such a busy lifestyle, convenience and coffee are the key to getting us through the day. Although Starbucks is good, I feel like this place has everything Starbucks offers to me, along with the hometown charm, and superior consumer convenience. I do believe it's official.. The best local coffee house in Yuma! North End is just steps away from the court house and sits near the edge of the city in Downtown Yuma. I've been going since it's opened but since I no longer live in Yuma at the moment, going back helps round off my trips when I leave the city. The baristas are always nice, chipper and sweet. The coffehouse is dog friendly so sometimes when you enter, you may meet someones friend resting nearby (there is 'Yappy hour' where dogs are allowed to come in. Or you may just randomly meet Hank, the owners dog lounging around). If the indie music isn't playing overhead then there may be a musician randomly there strumming their guitar in the corner. The food is also great as well as the drinks. But that's not what brings me back!! That's all just a plus. What's absolutely great about this place is that they're community driven. They will give a sandwich (or any menu item) and water free to anyone who's homeless and will leave bottles of water outside for anyone to take. Don't be nervous if you see homeless around the coffee house. They're encouraged (by the owner!) to come in to rest and eat if needed. I always recommend this place to friends who pass by Yuma on their way to San Diego or LA since it's literally just off the I-8. Stepping into the coffeehouse is like stepping into a little cafe in Seattle or San Diego. I always feel warm and happy when I leave and I feel even better knowing that my purchases may go towards doing something good in the community! read more

The coffee shop is near the main street downtown area with plenty of parking in the area. The coffee is freshly brewed with reasonable price. They serve breakfast bagels, muffins, brownies, and cookies. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. It is the only unique coffee shop in town, other than Starbucks. read more

I freaking love this place! The people who work here are charismatic and fun, and they always have good recommendations regarding which coffee or which pastry to try. The food is great (not a big selection, but I'm fine with that because it's a coffee shop). It's a very "no frills" kind of place. The coffee. The coffee is what you wrote about here. We stopped here on the way to San Diego for our caffeine fix. Every seat in the place was packed so it was obvious that it is much beloved by the locals. There are a few tables and chairs outside for those good weather days. The ambiance is very quaint and friendly and the coffee was great. We also ordered a pack of 3 chocolate chip cookies that were so good that I guarantee we will be stopping here again on future Cai road trips. read more

Stumbled upon this place walking around downtown. It's located in a beautiful historic building. The first time I had the Cold Tiramisu coffee, it was delicious but that's not what made me want to write this review. This second time I had their avocado toast. Something very simple to make. But WOW! The mixture of ingredients was pure perfection. The avocado, cheese, cherry tomatoes and purple onion. I definitely recommend it. Will be coming back for it. read more

We stopped by on the way back to Phoenix. We like to support local stores. Cappuccino had no taste of coffee in it and was lukewarm. The scone was so hard and they didn't want to warm up. Highlight of the stop were the chocolate chip cookies. Unfortunately not a good experience for us. read more
