I was confused and initially didn't really think he was serious as I explained that I was picking up a refrigerator. He relented and said that would be fine, but that he'd have to charge me more because of my political campaign sticker. I initially appreciated his comment as good-natured sarcasm, but as I proceeded into the store, he began bellowing to his staff colleagues about my political preferences while also making homo-erotic associations to that effect, all completely inappropriate and way over-the-top even in today's hostile political climate. His tone was threatening and bullish. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything and immediately left while making very clear how I felt. Being harrassed for my political views, my bumper sticker, my clothes, or any other reason by staff is not just rude, it is shockingly dim-witted. How does WS Enterprises expect to do any business with their mostly conservative, freedom-loving, and libertarian-minded customers? Really, just go somewhere else where you won't be harassed about your politics.

Its the first time I ever used their service dept , and you couldn't pay me to go back!! I gave them 2 mowers to get regular services done, oil change , blade sharpened etc... the usual stuff that needs to be done going into the mowing season. got the first mower back, bill was $109 (not bad) . First time we used it it didn't seem to run right , and the self propelled system didn't work. no problem , took it back in. In the mean time my wife went to pick up the second mower and was hit with a bill for $296 dollars, three dollars less THAN WHAT I PAID FOR IT NEW!!!!! So we went to use the second one the next week, the cover shield wasn't screwed back on, and it spit oil all over the frame!!! Took that one back in!! after them having them for several weeks I called to see the progress, that's when I talked to Nevin. he said that the second one didn't have the engine connected to the frame!!! it was gonna be another $250 dollars to get it running!!! after I explained that I wasn't paying another 250! I told him I used it one time!!! he began questioning basically accusing me of lying....his comment was"so you are telling me you cut grass one time in the last month, I find that hard to believe!!" I explained to him the mowers were for rental properties and that I was paying a service to cut the grass!!! he said at that point that he would get back to me. after several days of not hearing from him I called there, he proceeded to tell me that he had parts ordered, and although he 'DIDN"T think it was the right thing to do, he wouldn't charge me!!' WHAT!!! after two days of him having the mower he called me back saying that we "had a problem!!" The mowers engine was shot, and they don't make parts for the one that the self propelled wasn't working! couldn't repair it!! I asked what he suggested and he said he would give me a discount on a new mower!! I asked him if I could get the $405 dollars I paid him for the mowers I used ONCE each after he had them, his response was "I cant afford to do that!!! the I asked why he expected me to be out $405 dollars for two mowers I paid him to FIX, and now are non functional?? After getting my one mower back that that the self propel system wasn t working I called another repair service and they assured me that ,YES they do make parts to fix that system!!! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!! Buyer beware!!

Glick Woodworks LLC is absolutely the best AAA+++ professional shed manufacturer in all of Central…read morePA. My wife & I spent two months vetting shed manufacturers from Gettysburg, down to Bel Air, MD and up to Lebanon with many places in between, and the best quality storage sheds we found were right here at Glick Woodworks LLC in Mt Joy. From the pressure treated 4 X 4 sleepers to the pressure treated 2 X 4 joists topped with two layers of 5/8" plywood, the foundation system of our shed was extremely well thought out and crafted. I cross sighted the floor of the shed and the opposing corner measurements were spot on dead nuts. Every single sole plate, stud, header, trimmer, king stud, and top plate of the wall framing systems were cut square and accurately without a single gap between any of them. The rafters and collar ties were cut & notched with precision so as not to compromise their integrity, and the roofing system was topped off by OSB sheathing covered with underlayment and top quality IKO dimensional roof shingles. The rafters at the eaves were all perfectly plumb cut and covered with straight fascia boards and ventilated soffits. This will allow me to install gutters on the fascia boards and direct rain water away from the shed. So when you combine the foundation, wall framing and roofing systems all together, this shed is absolutely rock solid. On top of this was added all the lipstick items such as a pressure treated wood ramp to easily move equipment in and out of the shed, diamond plate sill protectors at the roll up door and the mandoor, two openable & screened windows with shutters, vinyl siding and all the trim, which makes our shed look gorgeous. But the best part of this shed is the owner, David Glick, and the great team of coworkers that he has assembled. Besides David, we also interacted in the office with Josiah, and both men were extremely friendly, honest, ambitious and knowledgeable about the products that they manufacture, and both men were also willing to share their knowledge and experiences regarding the local community in which they live and work. We also spoke with a couple of employees outdoors who were involved in various shed construction tasks, and each of those men were just as kind & friendly as David & Josiah. I must also mention delivery of the shed. OMG, it was amazing to watch the shed being unloaded from the tractor trailer and then maneuvered from the street and down my side yard property to the compacted gravel building pad (constructed by Precision Worx, another outstanding company) in our rear yard, about 100 yards from the street. All this was accomplished by one man using a remote control device, and he set the building down onto the gravel pad exactly where I had sprayed the desired building corner locations with spray paint. So from first contact at their office until the delivery truck exited our neighborhood, working with Glick Woodworks LLC to construct & deliver a new shed for us was an absolute pleasure, and they made the entire process stress free for us. It could not have gone any more smoothly. Thank you Glick Woodworks LLC for such an outstanding product administered, constructed and delivered by a crew of absolutely fantastic people.
